Sounds like you found a really great system for you, that's terrific! Unfortunately walking is out of the question for me, as I have degenerative back issues. Back and forth to the restroom is taxing, so no more than that. I do try to move a little bit extra during the day but, it feels so useless and limited..

Unfortunately I also have degenerative issues in my back, so walking isn't a thing I can do. I can get to the bathroom and back, and that's really my limit. I do try to do some extra movements in the day, some arm raises or leg lifts or crunches without straining. So at least I'm trying to move a little bit. It's just not enough...
Silver-Excitement-25
I have been trying to do some things low and slow. Like at least moving my arms, doing just a couple of incomplete sit-ups or leg lifts, etc. Unfortunately I have degenerative back problems as well, so walking isn't even a thing I can do. sigh

Unfortunately that's financially not an option for me.

I think the last time this product came up, the consensus was probably that it's most useful feature is that it indicates to others that you are suffering from a migraine attack. 😆

Same here, but if you want it to actually look like leaves of any sort it definitely needs painting.

Daily player, looking for new friends!
Silver-Excitement-25
That's really sweet to hear. Sounds like your partner is a neat person!

Do most of you guys use the ones that are actually squishmallow pillows? Or just like the regular plushies squishmallow?
Silver-Excitement-25
Yes, this

The reason I had to go on disability was actually because of the lowering of brain function rather than because of the pain.
I have 24/7 pain which some neurologists call ndph but others say is just part of migraine + chronification.
But yeah, the lower vocabulary, searching for words, brain fog, not being able to think... Whoever said feels like my IQ lowers by 50 points that's valid.
Sorry for any weird autocorrects in here. I'm using talk to text, after unrelated shoulder surgery.

Propranolol does nothing for me. Zomig is my go-to.
To answer a question asked earlier, I agree with other responders who said that responses to various triptan medications are very individual. Individual. Sumatriptan works for a lot of people, but does nothing for me. Zomig is great for me, etc etc

I had a different flavor, and I was not at all impressed. Just sweet, no real cheesecake-ness to it.
I'll stick with my tub of Philly no-bake cheesecake filling. 😆

I was on Aimovig for a while. The side effects were really awful for me. GI problems primarily. Keep an eye out for those things.
Sorry this is short and to the point. Trying to use voice to text since I'm struggling right now myself.
Silver-Excitement-25
Sorry if this is brief or repetitive, dealing with a lot myself right now.
People always say if you have a new symptom or a new type of migraine you should talk to your healthcare provider, precisely because there are all these other things that could be going on and you just don't know.
Wishing you well!

So many people have said all the wonderful things!
I just wanted to welcome you to the sad club - we don't have jackets because it hurts too much to make them. 🤣
Sending virtual hugs!

I'm so, so sorry you had to go through being treated like that.
Having doctors not listen is a tragically normal part of being... Human. Female. And definitely as someone who suffers from chronic illness.
I don't have any words of wisdom for making doctors listen. My experience is that some you just have to grit your teeth and suffer through (depending on what you need them for), and other times you have to keep trying - there actually are SOME doctors out there who listen, and care.

Certainly not the only option.
In my area, the Aquamar is most common, which has wheat.

I asked my pharmacist once, and they looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. 🤣
Silver-Excitement-25
I totally understand what you're saying, don't worry!
I think, for the sake of confused people, leave out any mention of lettuce.

I use the "Totaria" brand 12 in 1, off Amazon. Costs a little more, but doesn't have all the extra junk in it.
Silver-Excitement-25
I just got one the other day - same way, random online Walmart find.
I didn't care for it. It didn't have that "cheesecake" kind of tangy flavor, and was just sweet.
Wouldn't buy it again.
Silver-Excitement-25
YES! I am so ripeness particular!
I think I remember reading that they weren't going to be available until next year.
