I was in my office which is near the bedroom. I walk out the door and glance at my wife who is sitting upright in bed giving a thousand yard stare at the wall. I have to grab scissors from the kitchen bc I can't find mine so I keep walking past her. I'm digging in the junk drawer and yell over to her, hey is something wrong? Turns out my actual wife was in the living room a few feet away from me on the other side of the wall. She asked why I yelled. I told her so she could hear me from the bedroom. She tells me she has been sitting there this whole time. The most terrifying thing I've ever done in my life is walk back to the bedroom to see what was sitting on my bed. There was nothing, which was just about as terrifying as if her doppelganger had still been sitting there. It still kinda fucks me up.

How you feel is how you feel, and that is OK. It would be alright to give yourself some grace: you made it, and it is finally over.

It is OK to not be sad when people who mistreated you die.

Some people don't believe in anything and just go to be around other people they can help and who care about them. The social aspect opens lots of networking opportunities. You also have no obligation to give tithes and if the church has a requirement it is probably a fraud scheme and worth avoiding (major red flag). There are also a lot of volunteer opportunities which build character and brings peace.

Weird right? I'm happy for it. There is a lot of meme material between holidays and just average human nature. It's another subject that hasn't been addressed in meme format before so basically it is a new frontier.

The moral lessons of Christ helped me get sober and become a valuable member of my local community. I can finally be the change I wish to see in this world. Ideally, some of that rubs off on other people, who can then also become valuable members of their community via frog memes and the Lord.

Basically, it's a cultural fusion, like bananas and rice.

PCGS lost an expensive coin of mine then tried to lie about it, roughly five or six years ago. The coin I got back was in better condition than the actual one I sent, but I definitely didn't get grandpas coin back. Never did business with them again.

For me, they made me face things I was too scared to face in my normal life. I was offered a great deal of perspectives I couldn't see on my own (or with "highly qualified" therapists).
