You get a 6/6 (or a 0/1 pending how you stack it) that can't block, that topdecks until one permanent card on mutate, and makes a copy of the whole creature pile as oriented (read: it stays a 0/1 or a 6/6 based on original pile) at each of your upkeep steps. The copies do not proc the mutate trigger when they enter, but they also make copies of themselves at each of your upkeeps and still cannot block.

The flip of your argument is that Daisy is Ivern's biggest source of damage by a long shot. While he can tie you down with CC and kite, he doesn't kill you in the 1v1 without Daisy unless you're already low.
