The 7 is closer on this vintage bulova but the case is not - looks like a proper fluted A-11 case. I wonder how modded it was?

The 7 is pretty distinctive, and bulova has some field watches like that. Can’t see anything that matches exactly though, and if they scrubbed the brand they may have changed faces and /or hands as well. Definitely looks like a fluted a-11 bezel though
