It only violates it if you are already streaming, maybe those kids shouldn't be streaming in the first place, that would be what's putting them at risk. So no once again don't ruin a fun little mechanic for the vast majority of people just for a tiny minority of people. They can chose something else to play and should've done their research in the first place
