if you are getting hit by a tank with gale force or flash up. You prolly need to check your hands bud. I know clicking shift right click seems like a challenge but maybe dodge something?

Udyr is suffering from over tuned items. his base dmg needs to be adjusted. Maybe 15% buff scaling. Based on his relative dmg per game on average 10%,
