All day, every day.

Just make sure the journal size is the same for both parts (eg: .750) - should be G2G otherwise. I ran a superlative agb on an FN 11.5 carbine and it was absolutely phenomenal, especially on super safe.

SmellsLikeShame

Lmao idk but it should just be the noveske cross or SWS - good catch.

It's more than naïveté - its pretty obvious this person has lived a bit of a charmed life. No one who had any experience with the streets would ever talk this way to anyone.

It feels like high-minded rhetoric for a person who ultimately won't do anything to help, even at a local level in their own community homeless shelters or food bank.

It reads like someone who wants to talk about "helping the less fortunate" who has formed their ideas of "help" from hollywood.

SmellsLikeShame

But what exactly does this have to do with tactical gear?

SmellsLikeShame

Go volunteer at a local food bank or homeless shelter and I'm sure you will be able to glean plenty from your experience there in just one day

This reads like it was written by a suburban, white AI.

Lmao do you guys not read any of the advice posted here?

Literally no one recommends digital over analog.

POF is also G2G imho

I started with a 1-6 but decided on a 2.5-10 w/ top dot for passive. I'm happy. Can is a Sierra Five by dead air. Lower is Anderson with g$ parts and s42 system. Upper is bcm blem, noveske CHF skinny barrel, mk4 rail. SMS Trinity LAM

Faxon make excellent barrels and gas systems. They were also contracted in the past to make 416 barrels and gas systems for Brownells BRN-4.
Definitely G2G

WBP make really good AKs, so I'd probably trust them on an AR even without having run one.
Likely G2G.

PWS is a long stroke piston design. Very high quality, popular in the states. The bonus of a piston system is that it won't send dirty gases back into the chamber, so internally the gun runs a bit cleaner than a DI AR. Outside of that, it shoots just like any other AR. Definitely G2G.

Not familiar with the others

i know your post is about the pouches but as a side note, I actually run the Armatus II with Hesco L210s. It's a very solid PC. It does have a pass-through cummerbund but I made a retention loop with some paracord.

The only downside to LBT/LBX is their placard and panel are smaller than most other companies', but they can be replaced.

Oooh you rustled some jimmies on nv sub. Someone made your comment into an entire post.

I said it there, so I'll say it here again - this is the correct take.

SmellsLikeShame

It's the correct take

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is probably G2G for 99% of Reddit operators.

Here's my "commuter/city" ride.

Kilo TT raw frame, Omniums, Weinmann wheels (I think), gatorskins, Thompson post, serfas saddle and saddle bag. Ultegra front brake, tektron (random from a bin) rear, SRAM levers and hoods.

I added a rear fender rack thingy my neighbor gave me, plus some USGI Alice system packs for storage. One fits my helmet, the other holds a lock and other random goodies. Both are removable with either clips or straps so I can strip it down if I want to as well.

I'm also over 40 now and a big proponent of brakes on street bikes. I've been hit enough times to where having that extra stopping power is good for peace of mind. My knees aren't what they used to be.

I've had this thing for a decade at least and it's been the one bike that I can't bring myself to ever sell.

Delete water bottle cage - that can go in your pack or the top tube bag.

Fender only for rain or muddy ground, roll it up and stow it in that nice bag you have on the top tube.

Keep the rack. Looks rad.

Other notes: black, Celeste, off-white or white bar tape would set the look off a little better, but (hot take incoming) a pista without drops is no pista at all.
Get drops.
