My Mom did it back in the late 70s-80s, mostly in B/W film for newspapers (remember those)? Before the days of digital photography, she setup her own B/W darkroom in our utility room and worked freelance. She always dreamed of having her own Real Estate company under the family name, but never realized it. FF to now, my wife and I have our own small RE LLC in our (and moms) family name and I do all of the photography and virtual tours for our listings. Wish she could have seen it.

Photos look fine to me, it's not easy to make an empty house look good. If I had a client like that I'd ask what they want changed. I'd then offer to reshoot or reprocess the photos at no extra charge. If they refused or still didn't like them afterward I'd comp the shoot with the understanding that they aren't using the images in question, and then I'd never work with them again. Not worth the time or effort to sue them or otherwise pursue a single shoot for payment IMO. You can't make everyone happy all the time, sometimes you just gotta know when to fold them. If they used the photos anyway after refusing to pay I'd file a complaint with their Broker, MLS & or State Commission as applicable in your state.

I've used Imagen a few times as a backup. It works fine if you tweak the settings a bit in the Pro Editor to warm things up and the price is reasonable. It's been a year and half or so, but when I was running it I put it through the paces, installed updates, constantly tested for malware, etc. Never saw anything shady with it, Celguar and his team mainly work on the AI Playerbots and use the SPP Classics CMangos repack as a showcase for them. Vanilla and TBC are good and mostly well scripted, WotLK is a dumpster fire and you should run Azerothcore if you want it. CMangos is way behind for 3.3.5a and it crashed constantly and was barely scripted in Northrend.

I've ported 2 different iphones from Visible+ to the TW 5G BYO with zero issues using eSIM, took all of maybe 5 minutes. I've got two more to go at the end of this month.

Thanks, the only thing I've noticed is the hotspot is 5Mbps for Total Max 5G BYO vs 10Mbps for V+. Not really noticeable for most things since they are both slow but usable (and unlimited data). Loving the 5Guw.

I just spent 3+ hours over the last 2 days on CS Chat with Visible trying to transfer my service from my Iphone XR to my 13. It wouldn't work with QR and CS couldn't make it work either for some reason, even after opening a ticket. They made me go 12 hours without a working phone since the advised me to delete my eSIM on my XR to get the 13 going. Got my port out pin and went to Total Wireless, was incredibly painless to transfer my service to my Iphone 13 using eSIM. Maybe took all of 5 minutes.

No idea what Visible's problems are, but account management last night was not working and they can't make a simple transfer to a new iphone work. Happy to be on Total MAX 5G BYO for $20/mo coming from V+. May transfer the other 3 phones since this is pretty much the same service for $10/mo less (we are all on Visible Circle).

I can empathize. I've been running a 24/7 progression Azerothcore server with playerbots for family & friends for over 1 1/2 years now, most of whom are old gamers that we still play other games with today. 1750 bots, stocked AH with bot, up to x3 EXP (user selectable), Individual Progression currently locked at T7 and with a couple of QOL mods. Fully working raids, arena and BGs with bots who form their own guilds, invite you to group, quest with you, do BGs & dungeons, grind gear, etc. Almost no one wants to play, so it ends up being just my wife and I and occasionally one of my gamer buddies who's still addicted to WOW. Them is just the breaks I guess, it's a different time and people just don't seem to have the attention span for it anymore. It's one of the reasons the game has continued to be dumbed down over the years IMO. We just enjoy it ourselves and I love doing things I was unable to do during my time in retail. It's disheartening, but you can only lead the horse to water.

Honestly it's been like this since Molten. Casual BGs with every other warrior / dk sporting purchased full BIS arena gear and Shadowmourne roflstomping the nubs. That was 14 years ago before I quit it, pay-to-win forever. Nothing changes, too much $ being made. Just move along to something else.

Is that $20 a promo or is it for the life of the account? And does autopay have to be a bank account or can it be a credit card? I looked on the website and can't find info on either of these. Killer deal if it's a permanent price.

Yup, got banned from there months ago during a discussion about blocking ads. Pretty sad, not sure why anyone frequents that subreddit as bad as it has gotten. I'll eventually just replace our Rokus with Onn devices.

You should be able to do 3, 5 & 7 on a 90D. Dig deeper into the settings, my 70D can do it although I rarely need more than 3 +-2.0EV.

Your limiting factor is your RAM, but it might be ok with so few bots. Upgrade to 16GB and you'll be fine, the cpu/graphics on that will run the game well at 1920x1080 max settings except shadows. I'm looking at our family AC dedicated game server right now and its sitting at ~12GB RAM & ~40% CPU with 1750 bots. This on an AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 2400G with 24GB DDR4, an 8yo retired HP SFF business machine.

It really is bad on the Roku. I've kinda gotten used to the new bad menus, but the occasional freeze where you have to exit out is inexplicable. Happens across my sticks, pucks and TV. It's hard to believe this would rollout without some kind of QC.

It's generally a really bad idea to give your bank account to any company, especially a telecom or cable company. A quick Google will reveal how many times people have been overcharged by Comcast, and that's YOUR money they are direct drafting. A credit card may not get you the autopay discount, but it also is the BANKS money until I pay the CC bill and can be contested. Not worth the measly discount to roll those dice.

I was able to register my owned modem via the Xfinity app on my Iphone - not the Prepaid app, the actual Xfinity app. Last year, they combined Prepaid with Post Paid and you could look up certain Prepaid account info on the main Xfinity website if you weren’t a Post Paid customer. Was hoping the app was the same, and it was. I was able to “add device” for activation, scan the mac code on my modem with my phone camera and the app took me through the screens, told me modem was rebooting, and voila. I was online using my own modem on a Prepaid account. This was on a Netgear CM1000v2 and it was about a year ago, but if they haven't closed that loophole might be worth a try. You get a "default" bootfile for your modem if this actually works, which is a mixed bag - I got ~700Mbps down and only ~6Mbps up. But it worked.
