It’s not a package, couldnt even be mistaken for one. LOL It’s a name tag that his carrier placed inside his mailbox… about the size of a business card with his name written and slid into a plastic sleeve???

The package didn’t arrive in Brighton, the container it was supposed to be in arrived. Your item showed up in Westland, so they processed it back to distro to get rerouted correctly. It arrived and was scheduled to depart Detroit, but for whatever reason it didn’t leave, so it was arrived again to place it back in que to depart.

That’s what actually happened.

Yes it means you printed a label, that’s it. If your mailman picked it up- he didn’t scan it in as accepted and just tossed it in outgoing. So it may or may not update during processing, it will still be moving and eventually arrive to wherever you sent it and the tracking should update. If by chance it gets lost/damaged or delayed you have no proof of shipping, so next time either ensure your mailman scans it or take it to the post office and ask for a receipt.

Feel free to Google any USPS processing facility and it will basically be a black hole that has chronic issues… probably because when there is an issue a complaint/bad review is given. Have you ever left good review after an item processed quickly through some random facility? no ya haven’t.

A missing mail search requires detailed description of each individual item… let’s say for example the shipping box was damaged, maybe the label was damaged or the contents became loose… loose, undeliverable items are sent to the MRC, they’ll attempt to match items using info from your missing mail search requests- when folks submit missing search request as “large priority box sent from (city/state to city/state) with various gift items” or some other vague info, nothing will happen…

Snapp_Tastic

The address listed on the label doesn’t match the address embedded into the barcode, so when the machines read the barcode during processing the item is routed towards wrong address, then an actual person reads the address on the label and forwards it towards that address but it gets processed by machines and goes the other way again…

Snapp_Tastic

What type of description did you put in the missing mail claim? Individual items (names/brands) or baby carrier and other gifts?

For refund request did you include item receipts and shipping receipts?

Snapp_Tastic

That’s not real…

Snapp_Tastic

You mentioned in the other post that you haven’t moved in 15yrs and that you’re currently 25. I’m assuming this is your family home/address, correct? do you have brothers/sisters, any other family member that no longer lives there?

Snapp_Tastic

Because it needs to be manually scanned since it wasn’t “accepted” into the system- arrivals, departures, processing through etc… are all machine scans- usually the only actual employees that physically touch your packages are the originating local office (possibly) and the office that delivers it.

Snapp_Tastic

Tracking has never shown “delivered to” your full address, it will only show city/state/zip. Was this order coming from overseas?

Snapp_Tastic

That snippet of tracking provides absolutely no information that can be used to offer any answers. Ya coulda skipped it… Good Luck, hopefully someone can guess what’s happening with it~

Snapp_Tastic

Ok, now I understand why it was returned. Good Luck to ya 👍🏼

Snapp_Tastic

Does it show an attempted delivery? Does it show it arrived to your local office? Does it show it was ever accepted, arrived, departed, held, blah blah blah???

Provide some dang info, and your address is not shown on the tracking…

Snapp_Tastic

Incomplete or Incorrect address? Fraudulent shipping/postage? The sender requested an intercept? The tracking should give you a reason

Snapp_Tastic

Distribution facilities process packages 24/7, there are so many possible reasons why tracking hasn’t updated besides “it’s been stuck for 2 days”… chill out, seriously

Snapp_Tastic

Go pick it up before the 17th

Snapp_Tastic

Bully them by providing CORRECT info? try harder, crybaby-

Snapp_Tastic

It was probably sent ground advantage

Snapp_Tastic

Is it a different tracking number from the original one?

Snapp_Tastic

I’ll quit acting like a know it all when you prove me wrong… but you won’t~

Snapp_Tastic

You can sign the back of the slip and leave it for the carrier or go pick it up (it’s about to be returned to sender, so ya better hurry)

Snapp_Tastic

Is it an international package? Was it arriving or departing the US?

Snapp_Tastic

Why do they need to confirm anything with you? I’m confused

Snapp_Tastic

When an item is returned the barcode is either replaced or covered since the delivery address is embedded and it would just loop until someone caught it. So if you’re looking up the original tracking number you won’t see any updates.
