Had fun doing this! Its my first time doing a script, so sorry about any audio issues or background noises!
I remove the eartips and don't see any earwax, I've also tried cleaning it with a set I used to clean my airpods. Doesn't seem to get better but maybe I'm cleaning wrong? How do you clean your iems if you dont mind me asking.
