All depends on where in the metro you are. If you’re further north, AT&T is the best. Not exactly the case on the south side of town, Verizon is better.

Hate to say it, but might as well go for it. Ezee is on track to be Yet Another Big Faceless Company™, so might as well go with the cheaper option from the Big Faceless Company that already has glass in the ground and is proven to be halfway decent.

We have two providers - a cable company and the local LEC. Both hand off in our data centers. We have over 30k DIDs. Run our own SBCs to handle routing for Teams, call center, analog handoffs.
Some BUs may have a Twilio subscription or whatever for a one off need, but centralized telecom is all done through the trunks to the two providers.

15 years of buying cars, always had a FICO over 700, and have never been asked for proof of income, even when I was 19. Dealer typically doesn’t care, and they’re only going to ask for documentation that the bank requests.

I’m impressed. I’ve had to cancel two different accounts over the last couple years and both times were quite the adventure.
The first was when my house got fiber, conveniently from the ISP that I worked for at the time. I let them do their whole spiel about how their service is great, but then they started going into outright lies about the company I switched to, that I worked at the corporate office for, how they were going out of business, couldn’t offer the promised speeds, etc. Finally, they asked for the price I was going to be pay, so they could match it. I told them “free”, they said “that’s impossible, no company would give you free internet”… I asked “doesn’t Optimum give free internet to its employees?” and suddenly my account got cancelled with no further questions asked.
Complete fucking clown show.
