Is there any visual damage to either of the atomizers? The issue could actually be with the base if you are having issues with both atomizers.

The ceramic air path can be removed from the silicone for cleaning!

We can help you with a manual order for glass currently, and we will have replacement air paths but I don’t have a specific date on that right now

In the warranty, we will replace any unit for 3 years from the point of purchase. As many units as you need, we will take warranty claims on. If you get a warranty unit near the end of the 3 years, we will replace that unit within a 6 month period, even if it is past the original 3 years.
