Hi, in Serbia there's Miroslav, had my virtual appointment with him and he was great, explained everything to me and was really kind, in 2021 it was like 12 000usd I don't know if it's the same price or if something has changed. He trained Ivan Aguilar so i went with Ivan instead because it was closer to me (and cheaper).

Many doctors don't but many doctors do :D at least I asked outside the US because in the US it's too expensive and I didn't have any issue with the ones I wanted (Miroslav, Belinky and Aguilar)

Oof this is a really long answer so prepare yourself >:D

Back when I was having my first surgery I never planned to do any more than that, it was gonna be just one surgery and get everything done, my first stage with Ivan was metoidioplasty with UL, mons(couldn't do it, was too skinny) and testicle implants withouth V-nectomy. That was all I was gonna have and nothing more, but then as expected with life we can't always get what we want so I got a blood clot stuck on my leg(don't know exactly the cause because I haven't had anything like that again) and with the blood clot medicines the healing process got really bad so my UL failed, then I couldn't take care proper care of myself and the person that was taking care of me made me do some heavy lifting so 3 days after I got to my country my left ball got popped out and had to go to the ER so I was stuck there with a failed UL and one ball, told my friends and they used to call me "Dr. One excro" (one scrotum) for 2 years, because that was on 2021, so i decided to finish my career and on 2023 I got my first surgery o my country with Dr Meyling and Dr Navas first surgery in Nicaragua , which was to put my left ball implant and have the fat graft to add a little bit more of girth because Dr Meyling said that adding more girth could be beneficial for the buccal graft in case it failed so we spoke to Dr Grethel (my top surgeon) and decided to try. It was a 100% success. So we waited a few months and got the other stage done which was the uretroplastyuretroplasty/buccal graft and the buccal graft, it was the most riskier part because it it failed it could failed completely and fall off so we had to start again but thank God everything was fine at the end and it was a 99% success (little bit of dead tissue but it was expected).

After that we got the next surgery which was the UL, connecting the graft and doing the urethra UL which was a success too! (Well, mostly, because closing the fistula failed at that time) And you don't know how much i prayed because it was the most difficult part of the healing process it was 3 months with a catéther.

Then the final stage, closing the fistula which was inside the vagina, for this is had to go with Dr Harley which was a dedicated specialist to urovaginal fistulas since he is an urologist and obgyn, he didn't said much and recovery wasn't bad it was a month with a catether and nothing more was said and done the final stage

And now my regular life, 4 weeks after my first stage I was already back to university.

3 weeks after the 2nd stage I went to the beach

4 weeks after third stage I was already back to work

3 months after 4th stage I was back to normal completely.

And a month after the last one I was back to normal (I can't remember the exact time on all of that this is just an estimate but you could try to see the post on my profile and see if i wrote it :D). I also have a Docs with everything in order but not much descriptions.

Yes I do, and i would say it's pretty hard but it used to be more rigid before the antidepressants, after them it started to lose stiffness but I guess it was the price to pay to be in a good mental state, I don't take them anymore but it never came back to how it was before unless I take tadalafil. I know i can train and get it back and better with jelqin and all of that but I haven't had the time, money and energy to do it :( just like the foreskin restoration thing maybe next year in my yearly update I'll try it :D. What i use now is those two cock rings if I don't have tadalafil and it helps with blood flow so it makes it more rigid and able to penetrate. Sometimes I use both things the cock rings and tadalafil and it's waaayy better like that so I know it's possible to have better erection quality with training.

I actually wanted to try foreskin restauración and I do think it's possible but I haven't had the money and time to do it and buy the things that are needed and all maybe in the future when I get a better job and have more time I'm gonna try it :D maybe next year and I'll keep updating yearly.

Fat graft

It's actually not common at all! And not many people know or had heard about it, my doc Meyling told me she wanted to gain girth for the graft and talking to my top surgery surgeon Grethel Navas we got to the conclusion that we could put a fat injection(of my own fat) and see how it went. So I'm gonna put the link here so you can see the whole process and you can also check the updates on my profile :D most of it got re-absordeb but it was enough when we did the buccal graft for the urethra.

So, to give a little more context on everything, i did had some UL problems but it was because my first UL failed almost completely and got a Fistula inside the vagina too. So that's why I had 4 more surgeries to correct that with precision. When I was preparing myself to correct the Fistula I was told to start UL dilations after my penis urethra was made and connected to the natal urethra, I had to expand it since the fistula was bigger in opening size and most pee was coming trough it than the penis urethra. So, after the surgery I still had to them a few months but then one of my doctors told me that It was not necessary anymore and I could do it every once in a while just to check if everything is fine since I had all of those things done, if I didn't had any complications they told it would not have been necessary. Then I had to live abroad and started to see another doctor that told me since my urethra was fina now that I could stop dilation all together. So now, I dont need to do it but I do it every 3 or 6 months just to check if everything is fine like my first doctor said, it takes like 15 minutes top and doesn't bother me at all.

I got told by all my doctors that every UL has it risk and V-nectomy or not it is a risky procedure. Ivan told me it was just a little bit more risky but not significant to make a really big difference to have V-nectomy or not and my other doctor, Meyling, told me for her it was actually preferable to not do V-nectomy since it meant more surgery and healing areas and that she prefers to have the body heal the UL specifically so that's why she does it with the Johanson method (2 surgeries, one is the graft and then the connection to the natal urethra) the third surgery(5th one and last one) was done by Harley but he is just mostly a Fistula specialist(uro/obgyn both specialties) and said it didn't make a difference to him.

I actually don't know, it used to be smaller when I had my first stage and it grew like 3cm as time has passed by (and I hope it continues growing 🙏🏻)

It used to be smaller so now that is bigger I'm happier, it grew with time idk why(there is a size comparison on my profile bewtweeb the first stage and later on). But of course if I could be bigger I would like to be bigger but I'm pretty happy with how it looks now so it's not an issue or something I'm actively pursuing. So it's mostly what my anatomy allowed and grew with time.
