It's also a funny joke place, but not a 'spread hate in the form of a joke' place (i.redd.it) [pinned]

Aw shucks, dude, I'm sorry to hear you failed even basic biology. I'll think fondly of you whilst I do surgeries on Monday 🫂

The labia and scrotum are homologous structures, which just means they come from the same embryonic tissue which only differentiates one way or the other based on specific hormone activation. Same for the clitoris and the penis. Same for ovaries and testes
So when you rub against labia, you're not far off from technically rubbing against ball skin equivalent anyway, since they're from the exact same progenitor - the labioscrotal folds. It's now gay to fuck a cis woman. I diagnose you personally with Gay regardless, sorry bud

What's with all the racist and transphobic polls lately, Jesus Christ, talk about something else that's more fun to see country-based polls on
SpiderSixer
I assume — as with all things biology — that comes with a huge Exceptions Apply tag? Because I'm a trans man, yet I experience the 'standard cis man illness experience' in that I exceedingly rarely get ill, even mildly, so when I *do get ill, even just a cold, it knocks me on my bloody arse, and I'm out of commission for at least a week
When I first found out that's a stereotypical male experience, I thought 'Dang, even my physical body is trying to give me signs' xD
SpiderSixer
As a trans guy, care to help?? I'm trying to grow my hair out now, but I have no fucking idea what to do with it. Even when I was younger, I had the same routine as I do now. I don't know how to make it look healthy or what products even are, I don't know much about styling, I don't know what's good to do to and what's not, etc. And there are so many conflicting things. Some people say don't you dare brush/comb dry, and others say don't you dare brush/comb wet. It's overwhelming, and it hasn't even got to my neck yet. How do so many women do this, it makes me just want to go back to short because at least it doesn't look awful and frizzy
Same for skin lmao. Soap, water, moisturiser, and a shrug
SpiderSixer
I voted No in the UK because we have idiot fucking roadmen chavs that shout it to be 'hard' and get attention by being edgy. In London where it's particularly rife, it's not unusual to hear that prankster crap at least twice a day
SpiderSixer
'PUSIO'?? You mean to tell me that every reject chav trying to insult you is actually just calling you a twink lmao??

Only if she's having sex with another woman, then yeah, duh

I always preferred doing boyish stuff, dressing in boy's clothes, avoiding jewellery and makeup and frilly clothing, etc. I preferred playing male roles in drama, I preferred maining male characters in games or in writing. I hung out with boys way more, because they just got me? Our personalities were a lot more similar, and I just didn't fit in with the girls. It's very stereotypical, but the girls in my school just didn't enjoy rough sports, didn't enjoy getting dirty, and were a lot quieter and calmer
So since I was a child, I always knew something was different. The idea that kids can't know they're trans is bollocks. They 100% can. The concept of gender starts developing around 3–5 years old or something
Because of the above ways in which I acted, I was always labelled as a 'tomboy', as many AFABs are often labelled if they don't fit into the narrow stereotypical 'pretty girl' role. I didn't know any better. I was a kid without modern internet, so I didn't have the ways to educate myself on this matter, and the people around me didn't know any better, either. I accepted the label, only because I didn't know I had another choice
It was only until I met my secondary school friend, and he told me what being transgender was. It felt like a light lit up in my brain. THAT was my experience! THAT was the proper label for me. What do you mean it's not just me who hates being made to act like the thing I had the misfortune to be born as?
So we came out as trans together at ~13, coincidentally as puberty started. But woohoo, education was crap, even in the early 2010s. And the NHS had/has a ridiculously long wait-time. I was on the child gender clinic for years, then because I became an 'adult' (16), I slipped through the cracks between services, and had to re-refer and wait for years again. I didn't even manage to get testosterone until I was 21
So even though I 'knew' from childhood, and actually completely realised with just enough time to stop puberty from progressing further, because of the poor education surrounding it and the awful way in which being trans is dealt with by medical practitioners, I had to endure going through the wrong puberty, watching it turn my body into everything that wasn't me. My depression was excruciating
That's why education and puberty blockers are so important to offer. If people around me knew more about it, I could have identified my label much sooner. I could have gained access to puberty blockers much sooner, and saved myself from all the years of self-loathing that took a lot of effort to get over. Slight tangent lmao

What on Earth is a 'moid'

She's previously refused to use preferred pronouns, even outside of sports - so if sports was only the issue, she'd have no need to do that if she's as supportive as she claims; has said that she would march with trans people "IF" they were discriminated (which they very much are by way of being ostracised and sometimes even beaten to death just for 'looking trans', so it shows she believes they're merely just playing the victim); claims to 'respect their right to live any way that feels authentic and comfortable', yet has previously said that HRT is the lazy treatment (bearing in mind, it takes years on average to actually get access to it, accompanied by several psychiatric appointments and hormone monitoring. It can actually get up to a decade. That doesn't seem very lazy to me) and has insinuated that trans women who don't get surgery are less valid than those that do; and frequently uses language that is most commonly seen used by open and proud transphobes, such as 'trans-identified' or 'a man that believes he's a woman'
So even if we don't include talk about sports, single-sex spaces, or donations to specific organisations, which can all be argued forever, she has said a lot of stuff that is clearly negative towards trans people, despite her saying she supports them. Even if you believe you can't change sex, if you genuinely supported someone, you'd call them what they want you to call them, at the very least. It's not hard. Like when a girl prefers to be called masculine 'George' instead of 'Georgina', nobody cares. But she doesn't even do that. And if she respected their right to live how they want, why does she care about whether they get HRT and/or surgery or not?
Regardless of someone's personal opinion reading this, it's impossible to say that there aren't inconsistencies and holes in what JKR says
SpiderSixer
I know transphobes are very well aware of the suicide rate because they quote it every bloody chance they get to make fun of us, but this just shows that they're not just using the figure to be mean, they are EXTREMELY WELL AWARE that denying these surgeries WILL ACTIVELY MAKE PEOPLE SUICIDAL
It's no secret they just want us dead as opposed to just 'caring about the children', etc. But that's so unbelievably flagrant, it actually hurts. They know their actions will push people to suicide, why the fuck else would they provide the hotline?
How can they take the high road on this?? How can they look themselves in the mirror and be okay with deliberately, actively pushing people, THEIR people, to suicide? You don't even do that to your worst enemy

That's why I sketched my idea and walked my artist through each and every part of it. I think I spoke to her for a solid hour, and she was so attentive for the entirety of it. I don't consider myself a good drawer, either. That thing would never make a good tattoo, and I knew that. It was cluttered, coloured in the digital equivalent of crayon, boring, and just completely one-dimensional. I even just used some PNGs in there lmao, it was like a mini scrapbook art. But all I had to do was get my desire across, and that's all it takes
No real need to use AI for coming up with an idea. A shitty sketch and a conversation is all they need. Plus, tattoo artists are insanely imaginative!! I could never have come up with her final design as any sort of AI prompt
SpiderSixer
But that's genuinely what you want from a tattoo artist. An AI will probably be like 'Yes, get that small, incredibly intricate line tattoo on your fingers. It'll still look fabulous in 5 years'. A good tattoo artist will take what you want, nicely point out any issues it might have, such as the placement, clutter, size, etc, and actually improve it by doing so. My artist scrapped about half of the original elements from my sketch I showed them, and I adore them for it, because it meant they gave so much more attention to the more important elements. You don't want someone that will let you make unwise choices
But, of course, you're always allowed to disagree with the tattoo artist in return! If they suggest something you truly don't like, don't say yes just because you feel pressured by them being the professional and therefore feel like everything they say has to be gospel. Any good tattoo artist will (should) work with you to create your ideal tattoo. And that means pointing out silly stuff
SpiderSixer
Are they a good brand to start with? I really want to get a pair that I'd use in a veterinary work setting, so something that would be comfy for prolonged everyday use and last a long time, without ripping a hole in my wallet preferably :')
SpiderSixer
Oh my god, nobody let Griffith see this
SpiderSixer
I still use it in my science career. Don't feel pressured to change your own habits just to fit in with the people that are using words incorrectly. :)

You bet your motherforking ash it is 😁

Lmao I love that whenever someone says 'I'm just brutally honest', it's usually code for 'I'm a bit of a dickhead but can't/won't own up to it'
Not at all, agree 100%! You just don't need to be bi to be in a straight relationship with a trans woman as a man, of course :))
