It is v4 , not v3 , also model are not aware about itself which version it is, it is the job of harness to tell it, so I think during research on web it prioritised some old data and told you it was v3 , but it is v4 according to deepseek itself

Also according to deepseek it's instant one uses old v4 flash and not the 0731 new flash model
