Do you know what CPU load you were at before the patch?

I’m guessing it’s for less CPU load. I’m playing on the Xbox Ally X and I’ve noticed the game isn’t slow motion as often anymore and I can play at 1080p native instead of using FSR and still get solid performance.

I’ll try it out sometime this week and try to report back. The buttons are crazy loud.

Finally more posts about the button sound. My buttons on the original Z1E are not clicky like on the XAX. I think it’s because the rubber for the buttons is not as stiff. I’m going to swap the rubber button pad between them and see if it will make the buttons quieter on the XAX.

Best Buy repair sucks. You should have done a repair service with ASUS instead. Maybe take it back from worstbuy and send it off to ASUS?

My favorite class is Engineer. I mostly play control so I need to take out those tanks. The RPG and the little robot are my favorite to use. The robot is a great infiltration unit to sneakily destroy the tanks and lay out mines.

No I agree. I think you’re making it out to be a big deal though.

Yeah you’re right. The white Xbox Ally isn’t as powerful as the Ally x or Ally z1e. The performance isn’t that much better on those two so you should still be fine. Maybe dropping the resolution more for the white Xbox Ally would make the performance more comparable. Microsoft did say the white Xbox Ally is for 720p gaming.

True, but the white Xbox Ally is about the same as the Z1E Ally and Ally x so I would use those settings from the website.

Do you remember what could have fixed the crashes for you? Someone else on this post said to install the optional windows updates and that fixed it for them.

The XAX has great performance yes, but the game constantly crashes. See this post on the EA forums. It’s not just an Xbox Ally issue it’s a PC issue. 1600+ comments on this post and EA has been silent for almost a month.

No fix. Ea has been silent on this issue, very frustrating.

Nope, still crashes. It’s a PC issue and affects the Xbox ally also. Bf6 runs fine in the original ally z1e, no crashes there.

You would redeem the key on whichever store you bought it for. Steam, Epic, Xbox. Then you download it from there.

What buttons did you get?

I recommend DYSMANTLE. It’s not a builder per se but you do destroy a lot of things and gather materials to craft and upgrade your gear.

You can probably use the settings from here although they are for the regular Ally. They haven’t created an updated settings for the XAX yet.
