People here be hatin’. They just sound like bitter devs projecting their hate because

1. They don’t look so “amazing” anymore coz anyone with AI access can vibe code a working product—might not be as good but still a product good enough for practice or personal use.
2. They are just so bitter!

They are not even giving constructive criticism anymore, they just go straight to attacks, hates and insults. Pathetic!
Go be proud of your self-coded project (if you even got any) like consumers would care. 🤣

Im sure people will comment “AI produce slop code”, yes it does, because you use it so stupidly. It’s a fckin tool people, it’s like you refuse using calculator and blame if it shows wrong output when your input was flawed in the first place.

To you OP, just make sure you know and you learn. Don’t rely too much on this tool. Focus on good architecture, that’s what a good engineer is expected for.

As for the product itself, if this means so much to you, then that’s already a win. However, personally, I don’t see the need for it, really.

1. Fcking onboarding was scheduled days before your actual start date. So HINDI KA PA BAYAD nyan. My onboarding was scheduled Friday evening, around 6PM ata 'yun. Pauwi pa lang ako from my previous work. Monday pa ang supposed start ko with ConnectOS. Ang wais! Onboarding is part of your work journey and should be done on your working hours. This company itself is just ughh. Good thing nasa maayos na client ako.

Bwisit na bwisit ako sa bagong employee hub nila. 'Yung Cosphere. Puro bug, bobo ng implementation, laging may issue. Walang silbi! Tangina. Grabe pag titipid ng ConnectOS parang sa mga intern devs pinagawa 'yung CoSphere na 'yan.

1. Laging di makapag punch in/punch out dahil system issue. So kelangan mo mag submit ng time adjustment na kelangan i approve pa ng client, nakaka hiya! Kapag hindi na approve in time, bawas sahod mo, kahit sila naman may kasalanan.
   
2. Filed a sick leave, nabawasan both SL and VL ko. Tangina parang bobo talaga
   
3. WFH employee ako, nung interview, sobrang bida nila yung office (which is maganda naman talaga) pero di ka pala naman sort of welcome doon kapag WFH ka.
   
4. DESKTOP binibigay nila, yuck. Raised this with the client and fortunately they provided me a laptop.
   
5. Now malaman ko if mag resign ako pahirapan pa pala kunin backpay? damn.
   
6. WFH employees are not allowed to work remotely. Kelangan daw sa bahay ka lang kasi nga WFH. Stupid.

Seems like you’re new to this? This happens a lot of time. Unfortunate, but that’s just how it really is. If an applicant can cancel, so can the recruitment. Even JOs can get cancelled.

I think ang hirap din talaga maka kuha ng interview ngayon, unlike mga 2yrs ago. I often get messages from recruiters pero ngayon pa isa isa lang.

Im a job hopper, but I stay at least a year before I jump ship. Less than that looks like a red flag, what more if you stayed only less than 6mos. If it happened once, maybe you’re fine but it looks like it is becoming a habit.
