You guys are too kind. Here's the good news about reaching out to me for OP, I'm simple and easy to work with and no bullshit. I don't have a quota, so I don't care if you buy today or in a month, I'm technical as I'm actually a sysadmin/developer myself, my entire workflow for everything is pretty much automated now based on the tools I built out, so faster responses as well.
Feel free to PM me and I'll send you my email if interested.

I used Claude to reshape the body. Hunyuan is primarily for props and other assets.
This isn't something I can just give you a prompt for unfortunately, you have to figure this one out the hard way to better understand how to manipulate and adjust things.
Also if you are just asking Claude in the app, CLI or Web to do things and not through a harness/dashboard of sorts, you are going to struggle big time because it has no context of what you've done already. I'd suggest looking up something like Ai Dashboard for game develop or software development and see what you can find.
Here's a solid starter video on the topic of tools that may help get you going: https://youtu.be/czsNiALTgWQ?si=DHfQnVNYGqozEl4J

My foliage tool is finally starting to produce results as another example

Standard body frame = everyone shares one skeleton and one base body. The base started as Unreal 5's own mannequin (Epic's "Manny", free with the engine). We kept its skeleton, topology and skin weights and reshaped it into our own body to match our concept art. From that there are 8 base body types (male/female in neutral, thin, heavy, muscular), with sliders for height, limbs and build. Gear is made once and fits every body, which is what makes lots of armour and cosmetics doable.
Faces are separate heads with full expressions, and hair, beards and armour are all swappable pieces. Using KeenFace for this.
Its early on in our tools process, so nothing to show at this moment that I'd want to, but I have a character that looks like the concept hero art using this process.

I got boxes for days! But can do more, I'm just using these basic props to perfect my tool kit, then I'll expand.

Another one for a planter box hero image I created.
SquizzOC
Basic yes, but my tools are still learning right now. This was generated from an image.
SquizzOC
I use Hunyuan 2.1 to generate my 3D models with Claude guiding it.
If it’s a character, I use a standard body frame, keenface to generate the face and it to the model.

What a funny assumption that I wouldn’t pay cash for something.

It can do at least 60% of it, but the last 40% is that difference between slop and a solid looking game
SquizzOC
And that’s the key right there and so damn easy to do, yet every company buys sales force, creates some really shitty dashboards showing their KPI’s and says “World Class!”
You throw Claude into the mix now a days and it’s even simpler for any developer to do.
SquizzOC
Gotten right, out of the box*.
Every org I’ve seen basically uses someone else’s vanilla CRM, the one company I saw that built their own, created basically a spreadsheet they literally called XSale vs. Excel (billion dollar company by the way at the time).
When you have someone who uses it advising or in my case building out the customization, it changes everything about how the tool is adopted and used in an org and frankly I don’t know of anyone doing it as well as our org, though I’d love to see others that are and see what they are doing for inspiration.

I don’t care about the Ai, but the sheer lack of effort even with the tools is what annoys me. If it looks like slop, please keep it to yourself or go to one of the Ai game dev subreddits.

Controller and my couch :).
Using Steam Controller overlays with a custom icon pack I had Claude write up and now I can play with a controller on the couch easily :)

If someone vibe coded a cure for cancer, you’d have folks knocking it and telling us to think about those poor pharmaceutical companies
SquizzOC
I want one so it’s easier to do my day job or work on a side project while out and about. I can kind of do it now, but a fold out screen makes all the difference.

It’s Claudecraft, not FREEcraft duh.
On a more serious note, servers cost money

Everything I do right now is being done in Blender and Unreal using Claude/GPT/Gemini/Hunyuan 2.1 locally.
The only thing I do for characters outside of that is use KeenFace for their faces since its WAY more accurate to my images.
SquizzOC
Tripo is hit or miss. But you need to start with a super hi-rez image and go from there, then it requires clean up.
But for assets, I just create a hero image, then when I'm happy with the look, I create a hero sheet that has a front, back, left and right side and top view, then I feed that into Claude to build in Blender. Comes out great, but takes time to perfect.
That magical barrel is made on my system.

So I run today 5 Claude Max, 1 GPT Max and 1 Gemini Max.
Claude and GPT are amazing, the one thing I have found incredibly valuable about Gemini is using it to do research. Any topic you have that you are stuck on, have it do the research and put together a plan or details. Then feed it to Claude to create your task or process.
Gemini can go through 20 Youtube videos in 30-50 minutes and give an indepth summary. Give that to Claude and have it use that to define what you do next.
That's about all I use Gemini for, so today its highlight valuable, but in a few months it won't be because my virtual studio will just be humming along. Took a month to get here, now I'm just building out every damn tool I could ever need :)

So get a video of what animation you want, use something like Nano Banana or what ever video generation software works for you, get the video clip near perfect. Then provide it to Claude and ask it to highlight every key frame to capture hero images of each for to model after. This should work for the most part.
What you can also do, find an animation video or 5 on youtube that cover how to properly animate what you want, feed it to Gemini and ask it to do "Deep Review" on these videos and write a fully in depth summary. THen provide that summary to Claude and said "based on this, can you use this information to better animate our model" and let it go.
It's clunky at first, but once you figure out the ruleset and what you are trying to accomplish, it'll get easier.
SquizzOC
I mean that’s fair, but all of this could easily be upgraded with models, assets, props, etc… it’s a foundation that someone is excited about. But I do get it, the “one prompt GTA6” garbage is getting really fucking old and people showing it off like it’s impressive is also getting old.
If this evolves, could be better, but I hope more folks just keep their projects to themselves to avoid the ai slop ridicule and ultimately you shouldn’t be able to tell the difference if they’ve done things right

I'm sorry if Ai is causing you more work, you are doing it wrong or haven't evolved your way of working or built the tools our correctly.
