People should stop comparing it to Amazon. Anthropic has currently the best models, but others are not far behind. If they catch up, there is no advantage of using anthropic. Other companies can't really compete with Amazon, but they certainly can with anthropic. I doubt anthropic or openai can ever make a profit without pushing away all their customers to alternatives.
