I’ve worked for start up when I was fresh out of college, it was really exciting and fun however I was nowhere close to being as compensated as I should’ve been. That’s why I left.

This organization seems to be well funded, and well on their way to profitability, this is something I will have to confirm before making any decisions

I was thinking this should be the play, having an offer in hand is incredible leverage
