Honestly I should commend you. In the Catholic faith, unborn children get a free pass to heaven, regardless of their parent's faith or actions. Who knows what kind of life your child would've lived, and if they would've been a good person or not. Right now they are in heaven with Christ though regardless.

This did not happen.

1) You cannot sue someone on someone else's behalf. You could've worked in tandem with the kids parents to sue, but to say that your store sued is completely unreasonable as your store had no personal injuries suffered at this kid's hands.

2) The judge can only award damages for injuries personally suffered, plus punitive damages. Punitive damages are rarely ever given out and are not the norm. Unless you're telling me that these other people were co-plaintiffs, there is no way a judge would've awarded damages for their injuries.

3) What you described with the paint can is booby trapping and would definitely be held against you in a court of law. The fact that you pass this off so casually and a "Haha we got him!" kind of event proves this never happened because no judge would allow that shit to fly.

What I’m reading is “I’m a massive narcissist and everything I do is perfect.” You don’t get to decide if your characters are ugly or not, the viewer does. Who did you make this comic for other than a viewer? And me not understanding the joke (even though I understood it, it just wasn’t funny) isn’t a problem with the reader, it’s a problem with the story teller. Sure if you’re reading a universally acclaimed author like Twain and you don’t get it it’s a problem with the reader, but guess what buddy, you aren’t Twain. Why are you being so egotistical without having any accomplishments? This comic was some hot garbage and you’re deluding yourself into thinking it’s good. What is wrong with you?
