From a new account, you are hundreds and hundreds of hours away from being able to farm content efficiently enough to sustain bonds.

I know someone who tried, and succeeded on maintaining bonds early. They have over 50m smithing xp from doing hundreds of hours of running runite bars at Blast Furnace. If that sounds reasonable, go for it. I don't recommend it.

The wiki, much like OSRS's, is an amazing treasure trove of information.
