Ya know what's crazy..... The patched Gboard is incredibly fast compared to the stock Gboard. That was the first thing I noticed almost immediately. The keyboard opens and closes instantly. Stock Gboard did NOT do this. Hell, sometimes even tapping letters would freeze it up for a second every now and again.
