There's no weapons to unlock, those are skins. Also you can permanently buy the champions using ingame currency that you earn after every match.

How do you go about doing that?

When you click "invite people" to get a link, there's a checkbox under the link which says "set to never expire" check that.

cat to ct is common, the smoke on cat and drop into CT, sure, usually the player that drops catches rotators or a few players drop and go mid to B, but straight up going from CT to A , that I've never seen.
