if the PayPal linked email address and your bank email address matches, then you can simply link and hit the Withdraw button in the ComBank app to withdraw instantly

My Paypal got permanently limited for some reasons and creating an new account & changing the email address that linked to my bank seems too troublesome.

People often underestimate how difficult it can be to control feelings, temptations and desires, especially during youth. Not everyone wants to spend years navigating relationships, emotional attachment, heartbreak, false promises or situations that may conflict with their values.

For some Muslim men and women, marriage is seen as a way to protect themselves from sin and build a halal relationship rather than pursuing dating. That doesn't mean everyone should marry young, but it also doesn't mean a young person is foolish for wanting to.

If this is her sincere choice and she's mature enough for it, I don't see why her desire to marry at 19 or 20 should be viewed so negatively.
