My first thought instead
SuddenlyTheBatman
I know this is a bit later than I would like, but I wanted to reach back out and say that your take on communication taking forms like pulses of gratitude really made things clicked.
I've been doing Gateway and other meditations for two years now, comfortable with F12 but enough hits on F15 that I know there's more.
I feel like I'm so very close but still not there yet, and that's ok.
But I had to express thanks for your insight, it was very important to me and helped quite a bit.

I think... one of their names is Harpo.
If not... there, should, be.

I think sometimes I don't necessarily shift to full advantage but I freak out a whole lot less by taking the step back.
For instance, we're getting a new basement done and as I was assembling the vanity I spilled my coffee on the new white grout.
Immediate brown stains everywhere. Instead of beating myself up I thought I can go clean it with something from the store or I can have the contractors try stuff, or at the very very worst I have made a mark so that when I spill wine from the tub it won't be as critical.
But, I found some cleaner with bleach and it worked like magic, you can't tell I spilled coffee.
Maybe the advantage is having this cleaner in my house for something later, maybe it's a reminder for me to be more careful, but I'm glad I've learned to go with the flow and work through it.
Oh yeah our dryer died too, right before a big trip, advantage! I'll wait and see.

The tapes are nice, the fourth one, Release and Recharge, is the best one!

Even her regular bar food and German stuff is amazing. She was posted at BCs Brewing for a bit and every dish I got I was impressed.
On a side note, please feel free to DM me if you'd like, I'm already a giant culinary nerd and involved with an adjacent organization to Asianati, maybe this is my call to branch out. How big is the commitment? Can't promise much with kids schedules in the mix but I definitely am interested. (and also feel free to wait until AFTER Blink, as I'm sure this is the most busy you'll probably be)

Thank you for the detailed response! I usually start my day with some work trying to clear the mind, whether that be mantra or something else, and also write in my gratitude journal. I honestly think that's an amazing way to start the day so I really dig your happiness meditation you shared.
I think too, the connecting with the source is nice and probably something I need to work more on. I suppose if I keep getting pulled to inner happiness and gratitude and not necessarily communication there are worse problems to have!

Oh snap, Little Chef Medy is there, I love her skewers, good to see her with some pretty big names
So anyone wandering around this weekend, get those, they're great
SuddenlyTheBatman
What do your seals look like, do you do like a more mantra type meditation, something deeper, spin a wheel for variety?
I'm trying to open up my expectations for what NHI can be so the rest really resonated with me
SuddenlyTheBatman
I'm always up for some different meditations so I truly appreciate your big ol list here!

At this point it's what books haven't I read, everything from Journeys Out of the Body, to Law of One, to Be Here Now and even some more technique flavored stuff like The Relaxation Response or manifestation with Reality Transurfing.
Please understand most of my response is a bit tongue in cheek, it gives me avenues to explore, but maybe I should focus a bit more on that desired outcome
SuddenlyTheBatman
Setting aside expectations really is the hardest part, isn't it
SuddenlyTheBatman
I did, but realized I didn't know how to go deep for CE5 and that's kinda what kicked it all off.
SuddenlyTheBatman
Ok, so I DID all that and haven't had any NHI experience. That's what first kicked off my meditative journey.
I'm much calmer and happier, and kinda like chakras now, but no NHIs, sorry.

Glendale House Brewery is pretty nice and quirky. At least grab a beer there but I enjoy the food too.

New Years is actually an awful day for law enforcement.
I once went to dinner on NYE with a group and one was a cop and he said he'd take Christmas EVERY time because Christmas was quiet. NYE he's off duty because it's insane.
So at least that part makes sense to have an escalated presence.

Oh dang, my audible version was not Christopher Lee, but that sounds awesome!
SuddenlyTheBatman
This image does him no justice. I recently saw Wu Tang and Method Man was JACKED
I don't know why he needed to show the audience his abs but shit, if I looked like that you'd have a hard time stopping me as well
SuddenlyTheBatman
The universe is extremely funny, on that I have no doubt

I'm wondering, if fitness coaching "lights you up" would it not give you that boost of energy that you need? Start with a friend in need, just go to the gym with them to start developing your coaching programs. If you can't find joy and energy helping a friend then it's not the right path.
In fact, I think that perceived tiredness is just a pendulum in itself.

In a show where the big characteristic of the corrupting agent is Blue?
Yeah.
Maybe be kinder to people

Mine was the drone flap, but I've still not seen anything in the skies yet.
I have, however, gone down deep into the meditation rabbithole (since trying CE5 and realizing I can't meditate for shit) and I've made significant personal growth from that instance.
I've experienced a little woo but nothing crazy, but still very interesting how those lights in the sky deeply, deeply changed me.

Easily LRH because it's not hard to compete against a pale, rob liefeld chest and a (rumored) robotic mangled dangle.

It's the one I'm most interested in for sure
His autobiography is really fun, if you haven't read it I think you'd really enjoy it
