You cannot "revert" a cauterized vaginal canal. What they'd be looking for is a vaginoplasty similar to what trans females get.

SwaglordAlexander

Nope

SwaglordAlexander

Absolutely so jealous! What technique was used to get your dick so pronounced? Also, your sack looks great. Definitely hoping I end up looking somewhat like you post revision.

SwaglordAlexander

Yeah feel free to DM!

SwaglordAlexander

For the record I pass completely and she was likely asking because the mt sinai urology office IS where many SRS appointments are performed. So it wasn't completely unfounded but it was completely unexpected and a little violating.

SwaglordAlexander

As a gay man with muslim friends, it most certainly can.

SwaglordAlexander

I hope I'm able to opt for foley only, oh my god. The mouth recovery sounds horrible though. I'm glad your experience was much better this time around, I'm still recovering from the first one and it is NOT fun

SwaglordAlexander

Was there any opening for discussion on only having a foley catheter? I think i'll need a similar revision and the sp catheter was ACTUAL hell

SwaglordAlexander

THAT'S WHAT IT IS! you're right I forgot that drain was even in there, it got taken out so early.

SwaglordAlexander

I also keep my legs constantly positioned far apart (as I was told to do) but I honestly think this might be lengthening the healing process???

SwaglordAlexander

I know realistically I'm still early post-op but I'm in my early 20s and usually heal pretty fast so I (for whatever reason) keep assuming my wounds will just close overnight. Because I'm not 100% better I feel like something went wrong and I'm going to have an open wound forever. Irrational thoughts like this make healing way more stressful than it should be lol. Thank you for ur words, it helps to repeatedly be told reason

SwaglordAlexander

even the concept feels like genuinely violating body horror scenario imaginable

SwaglordAlexander

Laying in bed/walking around the house/being around friends shirtless and having it feel natural and not perverted or weird

SwaglordAlexander

I'm post-op what I thought would be my only surgery, but I'm quickly realizing I only got the "science" part done, much like you said. Your bulge looks great, super jealous. Who was your surgeon for the 2nd stage? How did recovery compare to stage 1?

SwaglordAlexander

It is the same structure responding to the absence or presence of high testosterone levels

SwaglordAlexander

Not true. females have an analogous organ known as the skene's gland, which testosterone masculinizes the tissues into a more typical male prostate in both form and function. Men and women have the same "g" spot.

SwaglordAlexander

As a bonus, you will have less tissue in the way, so it's even more sensitive in some situations.

SwaglordAlexander

As far as I'm aware, no commonly practiced vaginectomy would involve removing prostatic tissue. I had this same fear and I asked my surgical team, your prostate will remain unharmed lol.

SwaglordAlexander

I realized that certain stitches only hurt when I got hard and began joking about it with my friends.. wish I would have taken it more seriously... ur right shit happens

SwaglordAlexander

What do words even mean anymore

SwaglordAlexander

I had a smaller chest and had the exact same procedure done for gynecomastia (periareolar incision) the only difference was how it was billed

SwaglordAlexander

"how do i explain to a non-amputee how having a rubber arm makes me happy?" pretty fucking easily actually
