Your review is so thorough

SweetSound_ofLight

Ours, Freedom, actually posted last week, and we don't sail until August. It might change since it's so far out.

SweetSound_ofLight

Ours posted 4 weeks in advance

So they took your money and left you without a product? How does the site handle this?

SweetSound_ofLight

I didn't real8ze Vinted was that old.

I think I have LPR, too. I get that tightness, too. It is very frustrating and exhausting. I'm so sorry this is happening to you.

What did your doc say about you not being able to chew anything?

SweetSound_ofLight

Yes, I agree that potatoes are excellent, especially sweet potatoes. OP, I'm making lentils and slightly overcooked rice this week (pulled wisdom teeth diet). Lentils can be mushed. I also use mild seasonings like basil, oregano, thyme and sea salt. Nonfat plain yogurt and honey might be good to try, too.

My pleasure! I know Reddit is a good place to get help and support from a community of people having similar experiences.

This sounds fantastic. The mushrooms don't cause any issues at all? I use Gemini as a food guide, and it told me that mushrooms were not good to eat with acid reflux. What amount of mushrooms do you use? A cup, a 1/2 cup, a handful, etc.? Perhaps the amount makes a difference.

I have not, but I don't trust it. I wouldn't suggest doing it regardless of the promising points that you can earn. They'll have access to your finances and that doesn't seem worth it to me.

I haven't shopped on Shein through Fetch, but I have for Groupon and Ebay. Sometimes it takes a while for points to display properly, but give it some time. For Shein, I suggest not downloading their app and making it a practice to look at several reviews and pictures before making a purchase.

Chewing gum makes my phantom hunger pains worst.

SweetSound_ofLight

Chewing non-minty gums are best because mint can relax the sphincter. This sucks because I grew up thinking that mint and menthol helped with stomach upset.

I've been blessed not to get a cold with this going on. When I have a cold, I'm a big baby and want to sleep it off with Nyquil or cough drops, which I also can't have right now because of AR. Most cough drops contain menthol and Nyquil has alcohol in it, which could irritate my throat (globus pharyngeus).

AR really cramps my style :(

I chose ginger chews that had ginger pulp. I have picked them up from Dollar General, Walmart, and Ross. At Walmart, I found them in the international food aisle and the supplements aisle at the pharmacy. Look in the international aisle first because the brands are cheaper in that area.

Candied raw ginger is yummy, but was very spicy in my throat. Thus, I added a couple of slices to warm plain water and had it as a tea. I have picked these up in food-by-the-pound sections at stores like HEB, Sprouts, and Winco. I have also found them pre-packaged at Ollie's and Trader Joe's.
