Thank you. I have learned honesty can be the best form of humility. I showed my wrists today and everyone has reached back with care and support of a hard decision I did not want to make. I'm glad I made it though.

That's great advice! I am focused on not drinking but to help fill the boredom and replace bad habits with good ones I am starting to work out again. I'm not ready to give up nicotine or smoking weed occasionally. If I did I would crash and burn.

I've been drinking for 15 years now. Daily for about 6 or 7. This is probably the 7th time I've tried to quit. This time it feels different because the stakes are different. Thanks for your words. They mean a lot to me right now.
