Did you eat healthy before getting pregnant?

Instead we have brain dead morons like you who clap like seals when billionares

It's the opposite. You fetishize billionaires more than you realize. If you weren't just as addicted to the idea of wealth as they are, you would say "let them have it" and focus on truly important stuff in life. But, that's not what you do. Because the reality is, you actually want what they have. So, you spend your days complaining that they have it and not you and you hope that somebody else comes up with a solution to get it for you. But, once again, you actually do nothing. You just hope somebody with talent and agency solves the problem for you rather than dedicating your life to actually doing anything about it.

Use a TDEE calculator to get your daily calorie requirements: https://www.calculator.net/tdee-calculator.html

Write down what it tells you your daily calorie requirements to lose weight.

Then, take that number and design 3 simple meals per day that equals that calorie amount. That handles the leanness. If you eat anything more that that, you have your answer for why you aren't lean.

Now, for a better physique, you need to make sure you are strength training at least 3 times a week, but most importantly, getting enough protein.

So, now calculate the protein in your 3 meals. The daily total should be around .7 grams per pound of your body weight. So, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be getting at least 105 grams of protein.

If it's not simple, you won't do it. So, I keep my meals very simple. Each of my three meals includes 2 eggs. Then, it includes a piece of fish or beef. If I can afford more calories after that, I add fruit.

If you do that long enough, it can't fail. You will be lean and look pretty good. But, if you struggle to do this consistently, then this is actually a mindset problem and you need to figure out your patterns of avoidance that prevent you from staying consistent.

I would highly suggest reading the book Atomic Habits. The approaches you want to follow here are to "make it invisible", "make it difficult", and "make it rewarding" to avoid the habit.

"Make it invisible" by hiding the devices that you usually use to watch porn. Do you get triggered when you see attractive influencers from social media apps? Hide those apps by removing them from your phone. Make other good habits more likely by placing them in your environment instead. Do you read or learn other things in your free time? Place those cues in the place that you would normally watch porn.

"Make it difficult" by adding website/app blockers to your phone and computer. If you always watch on a laptop, when you are done using the laptop, turn it off and put it away somewhere. So, next time you have the urge, you will have to do some work to get to it.

"Make it rewarding" by giving yourself an immediate reward for avoiding the behavior. Is there anything you would like to buy soon? Set up a savings account named with that thing. If you have an urge to watch porn, avoid it. Instead, go to your bank account and transfer $5(or any amount you can manage) to your savings. When the savings has reached the amount you need to buy your reward, go buy it.

Just google "simple beginner weight routine", pick one, pick a set time in your week to do it, and then do it. Monitor over time and change as needed.

What are you implying this means?

"If you want to make progress, put up with being thought foolish and simpleminded about outward things. Don't yearn to be regarded as any kind of expert. Even if others take you to be a person of some importance, doubt yourself." - Handbook 13

Did you enter into the discussion with the mindset to truly listen and understand your step-son's point of view? Did you entertain the possibility that you aren't any particular expert on the conversation topic? Or did you simply go in with the intention to respond and explain how he was wrong?

Sure, he was partially to blame

"Blaming others when things are going badly for him is what an uneducated person does. Blaming himself is what a partially educated person does. Blaming neither others nor himself is what a fully educated person does." Handbook 5b

This is why stoics don't value external things. It causes unnecessary suffering because it is outside of your control. This is pretty much the main point of stoicism. In this case, you seem to be valuing the amount of money you make and what others think of you. You are miserable because you are placing value on things other than your own character.

How?

TH3BUDDHA

Why did he get downvoted for answering the question? lol

TH3BUDDHA

Did you ever figure this out?

TH3BUDDHA

Couldn't say, i can't say im an expert who can speak to this

Then, how can you make a claim about what is necessary or not for a "healthy life"?

TH3BUDDHA

healthy life

Define "healthy life."

TH3BUDDHA

There are plenty of reasons "why" to eat meat. Your refusal to listen to those reasons does not make this untrue.

TH3BUDDHA

i don’t think that’s true

and supplement

Some of us don't want to have to supplement a nutrionally deficient diet when a nutritionally sufficient diet is attainable naturally.

about 60% of what I made as an electrical apprentice with no relevant degree.

She's probably the type of person that looks down on tradesmen because she is so educated, also.

You sound extremely needy. You need to find things that you do for yourself outside of the relationship. Do you have hobbies?

TH3BUDDHA

You strike me as the type of person that tries something for one day, expects monumental changes in that time frame, don't see immediate changes, consider it a failure, and go back to complaining. You're overweight aren't you?

This is literally her, promoting herself as an alt account. This account only makes comments on her porn posts, has no other content, and then comes here to defend her.

Also, you have the audacity to call me an incel after this post?:

I am only 21

You said it yourself. You are ONLY 21. Your life is just starting. I watched this video yesterday about a guy that struggled in his teens and 20s. He was arrested a bunch in his teens and didn't have much direction in his 20s. Then, he learned to code in his 30s and turned his life around. I think it will help your mood a bit.

It's a good thing that the pharmaceutical industry has never done anything to break our trust. Otherwise, we would have to question how unbiased the science is that is being done by an industry that is profiting billions. Man, I'm really glad we don't live in that reality.

a way to hide it a bit

You're fat and that's ok. A little bit of facial hair isn't going to fool anybody. Accept your current situation. That's the first step in changing it.
