You should post some boy/girl content. I would love to see you get fucked. :)

Is it just me or does Outline not work on a desktop? Same result with Chrome or Edge, just two giant un-closable ads from Google covering the entire article. The Outline link seems to work fine on a cell phone however.

/user/AbramsLullaby makes a valid point. Even if the RDA was shorted, the button still needs to be pressed to complete the circuit.
The RDA isn't the culprit, the real culprit is your friend for putting this mod in his pocket with no way of locking the circuit open to prevent misfires.

I don't understand the charge of "fail to stop on right for emergency vehicle". Are they saying that they want us to pull over and stop our vehicle in the right shoulder when driving on the 403 for a passing emergency vehicle?
TacosForMe
That's going to require a lot of petting.

I have to second this. The Crazy Bills on Upper Ottawa & Fennel is a "Superstore", far better than the downtown location. Lucky for OP since it is also on the East Mountain.
TacosForMe
I have found the owners to be really good at remembering faces. You can probably go back into the store one month from now and they will still remember you.
TacosForMe
I have found The Vapor Bar in Dundas to have the best customer service and best juice selection in Hamilton -and yes they do carry replacement tanks for the Nautilus.
Someone mentioned Crazy Bill's. Don't go there for E-cigs, it's overpriced and the selection sucks.

A good ohm meter. You want to disconnect both ends of the line, and meter the resistance between tip-ring, tip-ground, and ring-ground. I would shoot for at least 1M ohm resistance for any of the readings. You should also check for any stray voltage bleeding onto the line, both AC and DC -a few volts is fine.
As for the distance, you would need a proper telco multimeter for that. In all honesty, if the line is OK, it should be fine for a few kilometers of length.
What type of line are you using? Probably a good idea to use something heavy like grease-filled, shielded buried service wire for a salt mine -the same stuff they use to bury service to residential houses and businesses.
TacosForMe
Have you metered the line yet for any faults? What is the distance?

Anyone know which elementary school this is? I don't see a "Granford" school anywhere, I'm assuming it got closed down sometime ago?
TacosForMe
Not really, it happens but at a low enough level that it's almost never mentioned in the media. Moonshine isn't too common ether. Most of the moonshiners seem to be immigrant farmers from Eastern Europe; they usually make an Apple or Plum brandy to sell to their friends and family.

Around $25 for the cheapest vodka. Take a look at LCBO for prices, LCBO stores are the only stores we can buy liquor from here in Ontario. For beer, we can ether buy it from The Beer Store, or the LCBO. For Wine, we can buy it at the LCBO stores, or some of tiny wine stores that are in a small number of grocery stores.

There would have been no need to evacuate, where is he going to go? Tunnel through poured cement walls into another residents apartment to attack them? There would have been no need to evacuate the building, it would have been practically impossible for the guy to escape his apartment unit without anyone noticing.
In addition, moving and throwing all of the heavy furniture, appliances, drywall and everything else off of a balcony is hard work. Unless he was really fit, he is going to tire himself out by the end of it. A tired person is a peaceful person, so it makes absolute sense for them to wait it out.
TacosForMe
It's better to just let the guy blow off some steam until he is ready to surrender peacefully. The area was cordoned off, so it wasn't like anyone was in danger. Sure they could have busted down the door and raided his apartment, but then the guy might have leaped off the balcony to his death or might have attacked one of the raiding police officers with a weapon. It's probably under $20,000 in damages for cleaning up the garbage and replacing the appliances, windows and drywall, which really isn't all that much.

Maybe in your area, but definitely not with telecom & cable in Ontario. Even if the lines are a few inches below the surface, the local telecom & cable companies will bill them if no locate was done.
The reason being is that buried cables are meant to last several decades. The local telecoms and cable providers have no control with the grade and landscaping of peoples lawns. The lines placed for a house in the 1970's might have been 2 feet underground, however some homeowner years-after the lines were buried decides to re-grade their front lawn to prevent flooding. Now the lines that were once 2 feet underground are now just a few inches below the surface.

I see now. I was under the assumption that they were coming back to Edmonton.
As with Hertz, if you do go one step up to from "Economy" to "Compact", you do not have provincial or mileage restrictions.
TacosForMe
I'm not exactly sure how you got $350 for a 2 day rental for an economy car. I rented a compact car from Hertz last month for an entire week for around $180 + tax. I also didn't have any out-of-province or mileage restrictions. Keep in mind that my car insurance covers rental cars, so I saved a little money from not having to purchase insurance through Hertz.

I think just by chance that you are running into a lot of religious people. Crown Point is not any more religious than any other neighborhood in Hamilton. I am also going to say that Hamilton is very non-religious just like many other cities in Ontario, such as St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, London, and Windsor.
If someone demanded that I identify someplace in Ontario as "bible belt", I would probably say Sarnia or Kitchener, but I definitely wouldn't say Hamilton or the Crown Point neighborhood.

~100 comments and not a single mention of David Wilcox?!

In that case, I would try some of the stores along Concession Street on the Mountain. There is a small community of Arabic stores along that street, one of them is bound to carry Dohka
TacosForMe
Try Laly's Smoke Shop at Upper Gage and Fennel. They do carry uncommon tobacco's such as Shisha tobacco and Swedish Snus, so it is a good possibility that they will carry Dohka too.

It's been quite a few years, and I have only been up there once. From what I remember, the observation deck floor wasn't serviced by the elevators. We had to ride the elevator to the top floor that it would go to, and then take the stairs the rest of the way. I cannot remember if there was a mechanical room above or below the observation deck. When I visited the observation deck, it was already closed to the public, however a friend who lived in the building at the time noticed that someone left the door unlocked. The observation deck is completely enclosed with no outdoor access, and it took up the entire floor minus the stairwells.
The wikipedia page for the Landmark Place actually mentions the observation deck as "Floor count 44 including observation deck".
I did find one picture on google from inside the observation deck Link

The top floor (or 2nd from top?) used to have a look-out that you could view the city from -maybe not for the general public but at least the residents of the building could visit it. Did they ever open that floor again? If its open, or if the security guards ever forget to lock the top floor doors, let us know! I wouldn't mind going up there again.
edit -If I remember correctly, you have to take the elevator to the top floor it will go to, and then take the stairs up one floor.
You just made my morning better.
