Mad Max: Fury Road - Furiosa leads Immortan Joe's 'wives' through the wastelands to find 'the green place' where she was raised.. Only to find out from the survivors of her community that the green place was the wasteland she just crossed, the trees and grass withered because of Immortan siphoning the water away.

This was a common trope in professional wrestling, to have the heel (bad guy) be effeminate and cowardly and resorting to cheap tricks to score wins over the babyface (hero). One of the oldest examples is 'Gorgeous George' George Wagner.

In Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO), certain NPCs have a Hope/Dread aura that will affect your toon if they stand close to them (Hope buffing your stats, Dread debuffing you). Tom Bombadil gives off a Hope aura of 8. For reference, Gandalf buffs your toon by +9.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who initially interpreted the title as Kelsey Grammer becoming a father to nonuplets

Season 2 of The Vampire Diaries ends with Klaus Mikaelson winning. He completes the ritual that allows him to get control over his werewolf powers, becoming a true hybrid and arguably the most powerful supernatural creature in the world. Even worse, he kills Jenna - aunt to protagonist Elena Gilbert -, and it's one of the few deaths on the show that remains permanent. The fallout of this is seen in the next season, where Klaus continues to menace the cast and at one point compels Stefan (Elena's vampiric boyfriend) to shut off his humanity.

Apparently he's a lot more introspective in the Japanese version. But in the English one, a lot of his dialogue got replaced with "...Whatever," making him come off as colder than he actually is.

IIRC the developers wanted to change the name, but the publisher refused to let them.

Vampire - The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2. Somewhat okay for a vampire game. Very unworthy sequel to an RPG cult classic that came out over two decades ago.

Only three choices from the third game , and absolutely nothing from the first two.

Aegon 'Bittersteel' Rivers and Brynden 'Bloodraven' Rivers, 'A Song of Ice and Fire'. Half brothers, and two of Aegon the Unworthy's 'Great Bastards'. When Daemon Blackfyre took up arms against King Daeron, Brandon sided with Daeron while Aegon sided with Daemon (mostly because both Bittersteel and Bloodraven were in love with their half-sister Shiera Seastar, and Bittersteel was angry that Shiera preferred Bloodraven)

In my country, couples need to separate for two years. And the legal process is so slooooooooow. My sister left her abusive ex in 2013 and the courts are just now in the final stages of getting the divorce (no thanks to the POS trying to file for full custody of my niece so that his spousal support would be reduced).

With the unofficial patch, you can. Did it on my Brujah playthrough with maxed out Celerity, a katana and elder vitae

The movie 'Splice" revolves around two scientists (who are also dating) Elsa and Clive that go rogue and decide to create a new species using human DNA. The creature (called Dren) is eventually moved to an old barn that Elsa's abusive mother used to own because it's growing very fast and has already been discovered by Clive's brother.
Long story short, Clive fucks Dren and is literally caught in the act by Elsa. In the confrontation, Clive turns everything back on Elsa by bringing up the unethical shit she pulled during the film (using her own DNA to create Dren, treating it like a child instead of a lab experiment, and then unintentionally repeating the cycle of abuse towards Dren by acting like her mom), accusing her of not being impartial and only wanting a pseudo-child that she could control. And Elsa...tearfully agrees to that.
In the tabletop game this is based on, vampire strength is tied to their generation, ie how removed they are from Caine, the first vampire. The closer to Caine, the lower the generation, the more powerful the vampire.
