Hey, u/Syosse-CH, you can continue to add more custom colors to your List by going to the section that you showed in your screenshot, selecting Edit List colors, then selecting the circle with the color, and the + icon under My Colors. This will let you select whatever color you'd like from a palette.

For calculating two separate rollups, this is also feature request. A workaround would be to create a Money or Number Custom Field with the values from the rollups, so you can use it in a formula to calculate them together.

In the meantime, the workaround Equaria shared is great. Another option is to take the tasks that aren't required and move the due date a day earlier to pull the downstream tasks without having to manually update the dependencies.

In the meantime, to clarify, there isn't a separate plan without AI, but you can flip off the Workspace AI toggle in Settings so your team won't see any AI features.

ClickUp still works as the same project management tool. AI is included in the plan pricing now (like how storage or integrations are included), but using it is optional.

Welcome to ClickUp, u/Specialist-Onion2980! ClickUp works well for project management, I'd recommend creating Folders for your clients and Lists with statuses or Custom Fields for each phase. You can learn more about setting up your Hierarchy here.

You can use the Board view to drag cards between statuses for your pipelines, the Gantt view to show dependencies and map tasks to a timeline, and the Workload view to show each person's capacity. Pair them with the Form view for your client requests which will automatically create tasks and Automations to help you save time. You can learn more about best practices here.

Hey, u/Redit-tideR, when importing from Basecamp, are the missing To-Dos closed ones? If so, then when importing, you'll need to ensure you select Yes, import all to-dos including closed if you want everything. I'd also recommend double-checking user mapping and project selection to ensure it is mapped correctly.
