...Did you watch the episode?

Truly a bullshit Reddit take for the ages.

Microsoft acquired Activision for $75 billion just three years ago and the Xbox division is 10% of their annual revenue. It isn't just a footnote.

Sure. The TP-Link Omada integration for HASS exposes WiFi clients as entities, so I enable clients for cell phones of people I want to track. The integration exposes them as device-trackers with presence sensing based on whether they're connected to the WiFi or not.

It's not 100% perfect, but works for me.

TastierSub

Thanks for building this. I'm using the official integration mostly for firmware update notifications and device trackers to track if people are home/away based on their WiFi connection status.

Based on this, is there any benefit I'd get from switching over to your integration?

FYI -- Outline also blocks basic features from its community edition, most notably the ability to create multiple workspaces.

If you're trying to take a stand against these practices, you'd be better off with a completely open source project.

Not sure I agree with this. Rooster is two episodes in and his character hasn't insulted anyone yet, seems to be interested in the lives of his colleagues, and is overly friendly via inviting everyone over to use his sauna.

Thanks for the feedback. Each icon has a tooltip to explain what it is on hover, although I suppose this wouldn't be helpful for those reading on mobile. I'll give it some thought!

Hi, is the Optiplex still available?

TastierSub

FYI - The general consensus is that the additional stress weight vests put on your joints might not be worth the benefits (if any) you get from wearing one while working out.

Obviously do your own research to understand the risks, but be aware that they (risks) do exist.

TastierSub

Definitely not opposed to it! I've always been drawn to micros given they're great little workhorses for <$200 (used).

TastierSub

As a follow-up -- is it possible to sync settings like this across devices as well?

TastierSub

This worked -- thanks!

TastierSub

This worked -- thanks!

Yep, in Pittsburgh last night they confirmed the new track will be released this Friday.

Thanks for the image. Any chance you'd be willing to do a version similar to binhex's image with built-in VPN? Gluetun/similar containers are always a bit too finnicky for me, and given this is the only container I run behind a VPN, it's nice to have everything all-in-one.

Edit: binhex's image size is 1.8GB when deployed. If any could benefit from the 11notes treatment, it'd be this one.

I'm not OP, I was also looking for the repo and thought I'd share.

As usual, these are 1080p VLC screencaps of the title cards at the end of the opening sequence for each episode.

Title cards will be added weekly on Tuesday mornings.

I usually recommend beginners start with a Dell Optiplex Mini or Lenovo ThinkCentre Mini. You can get either for not much more than a Pi or even NUC and they're substantially more capable.

And yet thousands of people on Reddit have now been exposed to and are discussing an ad they would never have seen otherwise.

TastierSub

I leak some mDNS advertisements from the IoT and media networks onto my trusted VLAN to enable casting to Google speakers, Apple TV, etc. - you can configure this right on the Omada controller.

Would you mind elaborating on how you're doing this? I've always tried to get casting to work across VLANs via OPNsense plugins but can never seem to get it to work correctly. I'm hopeful hearing that I can potentially do it via Omada instead!

The only issue I've ever run into this is with a Chromebook tablet. I was able to install the client cert in Chrome itself, but the OS wouldn't accommodate it and I ended up with apps not being able to connect to my services.

TastierSub

Yes, although - as with everything else - it may be dependent on which model/CPU generation you buy.
