Have you tried running the standard NetSuite statement form instead of TAC Statement3 for the same customer and date? If it matches your Full Statement total, that confirms it’s the custom form, not the Open Transactions logic.
My guess is the running balance column on TAC Statement3 is summing the original invoice Amount instead of Amount Remaining, so it’s not netting out payments or credits applied between your Start Date and Statement Date. Worth checking what field that column actually references in Customization > Forms > Statement Forms.

Try WhatsApp Business Platform API instead of relying on manual logging. It lets your CRM connect directly to your WhatsApp Business account, match chats to contacts by phone number, and log both sides of the conversation.
For a smaller team, the easiest route is picking a CRM with native WhatsApp support.

Yes, Cloud Sync handles this now through device sync. It’s off by default which means you have to enable it separately and set up an SCP in each AD forest with domain-joined computers.
Once that’s running, Autopilot doesn’t care how the device got into Entra ID. It just needs the hybrid join to go through.
Test it on a small organizational unit first though. Deleted and recreated AD computer objects don’t behave quite the same as Connect Sync.

In Excel, go to Tools > Customize Keyboard. Pick the command, type the key combo you want, and add. Also, some shortcuts are close to the PC ones but not exactly the same.
Format Cells is Cmd+1, same as PC. Toggle filter is Cmd+Shift+F instead of Ctrl+Shift+L.
This saved me from hunting for extensions when I switched.

"Anyone with the link" doesn't actually know who's using it, even if it's set to "can edit". Since there's no specific person associated with that link, it can't let someone rename, move, or open files in the desktop app.
Try sharing the folder with the client's actual email, set to "can edit".
We hope this helps you out.

Use a scheduled flow, not a per-file trigger. Loop through the files, combine the data into one array, then feed it into "Populate a Word template."
Charts won't carry over. You need to pre-render those as images first.

Dynamics 365 could be worth a look for this.
You can manage clients, jobs, documents, assignments, emails, and project updates in one place, with QuickBooks integration available through connectors. It’s also much easier to tailor the workflow as you scale.

A lot of it comes down to exceptions. Clean invoices are automated well, but mismatched POs, missing data, custom approval rules, and integration gaps still require human review.
Good NetSuite setups automate the normal flow and route exceptions to AP, rather than trying to automate everything.

If the data is large, I’d skip Power Apps and Power Automate and use Fabric/Azure Data Factory for SQL, with Microsoft Graph to retrieve the SharePoint files.

Try AI Builder's document processing in Power Automate. If the layouts vary a lot, start with the prebuilt document model instead of training your own, it extracts fields without needing samples.
Azure Document Intelligence works too if you want more control.

The real question is where customer data actually lives. Usually, finance or ERP stays the main source, CRM handles the sales side, and they connect with one shared customer ID.
The biggest surprise is usually old reports built straight off the current CRM. Find those before you switch.

Microsoft 365 with AI integration is worth exploring in more depth beyond Excel.
Outlook and Teams handle a good chunk of admin work too, drafting replies, summarizing threads, catching action items automatically.

Sync direction is all-or-nothing natively, so a Y/N field could work.
But a plugin skipping sync-back after Outlook-originated edits would be less error-prone than relying on users to toggle it.
Honestly, yes. It’s worth it once you’re juggling more than a handful of clients.
You see the difference when you don't have to remember things in the first place. Follow ups, old texts, and emails sit inside a system.
Setup takes a few days to get right. After that it mostly runs in the background until you need it.
