Hi! Im 35f and had the same sentiment of wanting to explore outside more. Been doing just that for the past three years or so exploring and hiking.

If you’re interested, I’m putting together a group hike with some friends and colleagues on Saturday February 8th at 9am in Auburn. The trail is the Clementine Trail. The trail does have decent slow incline up a wide trail with some sections flat scrambling over small rocks. View is definitely an amazing walk along the river, under the big green bridge up to the dam of Lake Clementine.

Welcome to Sacramento! Despite not having the beauty of the Pacific Ocean right in your backyard, Sac is nicely centralized from sea to mountains. Folsom Lake SRA and Auburn SRA are great places to hike and not too far from Sac. Both offer a variety of group guided hikes too. Have you ever heard about the annual First Day Hikes hosted by a plethora of parks across CA? Me (35F) and a friend (27F) will be doing the Calaveras Big Tree SP First Day Hike coming up. They reckon there might be snow!! Trekking in snow, say no more, count me in!🤩

Oooo pen pals. That sounds interesting and you got my attention. I get to practice my chicken scratch handwriting until it becomes legible, fancy and readable would be kinda neat. But also the connecting part too. But like, 🤨you aren’t some secret serial killer trying to get my address and potentially show up at my doorsteps to like, I don’t know, savagely attack me and leave me grasping for life on the bedroom floor - are you? Or make me disappear without a trace?

Well I obviously was only thinking about food as I read that but it gave a great perspective on this for me. I mean, who doesn’t love food and sandwiches. 😋

Can I comment that it took me a while to get past the ham sandwich and turkey sandwich reference 😅 cause I was like wait what, married a ham sandwich? Why would you marry a ham sandwich? What did that have to do with holding a turkey sandwich?

But nonetheless thank you for these words. Something I am struggling everyday to live more for me and not the “good little girl” I was taught to be.

That’s awesome that you decided to pick up guitar to entertain the boredom that came with this pandemic. It sure is a challenge but looks like you are making it fun as you go. What song are you learning? Are you mainly self teaching or learning from someone? I recently am trying to get back at learning to play piano. Oh, I’m rusty as heck but it’s great smashing the keys repetitively until I get a rhythm going or when left hand wants to cooperate with right hand. Or more importantly if brain even wants to communicate with hand. But it’s progressing for sure.

And you know what, I wouldn’t mind singing out of tune with you as your backup vocal even if I don’t know the lyrics 😅

Motif of magik? I’ll be honest I don’t have an ounce of clue what or who that is. A quick search says they are a character from X-men? If that is true, what do you like about this character? I only know like the main ones from X-men. And that would be a pretty badass half sleeve once you get the details and design set.

I said to myself magikarp but that’s like a totally different show and thing 😅no idea why I went there.

Mind if I ask what kind of tattoo art are you looking to get done or add to on your sleeve? Hey, at least it’s a start if you don’t get to complete by the end of the year.

Ooo guitar. What made you want to learn the guitar? I think I attempted the guitar but it hasn’t been coming along too great. Guitar is collecting dust for sure. Would you be daring enough to sing along as you play?

Hi everyone. I hope you all are having a fabulous Tuesday. I (31F) for one am enjoying my early start as best as I can. Too early for me, I shall say.

I for one am a person who never got to experience a whole bunch. Relationship and life in general. I think one positive aspect of me figuring out who I am, what I want and feeling more comfortable each and every day , I am so looking forward to all the adventures and experiences I know I’ll have.

So my random question if you feel free up to answering would be: “What’s one thing you would like to cross off your bucket list or to do list before the end of this year?”

My answer: Take a trip down the coast and explore a Sea Aquarium. It hurts to say I never been to one 😅But you know what, I ain’t so sad about it cause I’m feeling happy for what’s to come.

I loved this movie, the quirkiness of the characters and just everything overall about it. Good movie.

Wow. I am so sorry you had to go through that experience. Going to the doctor is already nerve racking but to get a response like that would make me feel so uncomfortable and upset. Me being 31 also a virgin never done a Pap smear before, just had one done not to long ago but thankfully the nurse and OBGYN was pretty cool with my response, and asked me if I was okay going through with it and explained the whole process.

Ok. Ok. It won’t hurt to just do it. I think I did it right? I clicked the link but not even sure if I did it right.

Oh I’m tempted but scared at the same time

Oh I hate how my brain does that too where it makes me stop short of telling anyone close or family irl. I get real super sad when I’m feeling ready but hurl myself right back in that dark closet out of fear. Labels makes me uneasy and the feeling of coming out making it a big deal makes me wish it didn’t have to be. Like I just want to exist, be me, love who I want and not look out of place all the time or fear of being different or judged. Culture and societal norms can kiss my ass as I’m working to be more comfortable in my own skin each passing time.

I’m on the same boat, I want to make friends but it’s so hard because I don’t know how or what to say or do then I get all awkward. Realizing late in life and coming to terms I like women after 31 years is overwhelming. Still trying to figure it all out but would like to make some friends too

Watched the trailer. Like a cute love comedy. I’ll have to give it a watch.

Hmm, at the moment watching Supergirl. Almost finished watching season 3. What about you? What are you watching if you’ve made a selection from the endless shows on Netflix.
