LIV is an excellent example. LIV wasn't projected to make money for YEARS they were happy to throw money at the project while they had spare $$$.

Yeah I can see your point. Gambling practices are not well policed here in Australia. Lobby has too much power. The odds really should be published for everything imo. And consumers should have refund rights on faults with delivery.
