It remains to be seen what will actually happen, but this was kind of the point of their bottom lines. I think they'd either go with Labour or sit on the cross benches before dropping those policies (they're well aware that even if doing that got them in this time, it'd screw them in future elections)

Which I'm sure lots of people voting Opportunity would be perfectly happy if that happened, but unfortunately they're too busy throwing mud at each other currently 

Not sure I'd recommend Better Help, very mixed reviews about them around. Apparently they pay their therapists very poorly, and the system they use for matching people with therapists isn't great

And part of their ten year plan is specifically around increasing the share of funding that goes to primary health providers, like GPs

Pick one or two issues you care about, research parties policies on those, decide which one you most agree with. Not a perfect system, but it's better than nothing. Or use one of the many vote compasses that exist - again not perfect but it's a start

Opportunity themselves are saying that with the exception of Mt Albert they're looking for party votes, not candidate ones. My guess would be they're running a lot of candidates more for visibility

Actively talk to the people around you and ask if they're enrolled to vote! One of my colleagues enrolled today because I asked them about it

He's one person in the party though, and he wouldn't be getting to make that decision solo. I've met a few of their candidates and my impression was there's a pretty broad range when it comes to voting background. Their preference as far as I can figure is whichever party will give them more of their policies

Yeah. We have enough hate/divisiveness being pushed in politics currently, not a fan of anything that would encourage more of that
