You craft by just increasing the number & he will automatically gather the required resources when they're available(you can see this in the when you click on the workshop; at first it will say “Wood required: 10” & that number will go down as he collects the wood(increase his intelligence & give him a cart to speed up the process)) THEN ONLY ONCE HE HAS EVERYTHING REQUIRED will he actually start crafting. You will know because you will see a yellow clock-timer on the item symbol and the count will decrease by one when it has been produced.

Yes, dictionaries, grammar, enunciation, vocabulary, pronunciation, elocution and any and all language rules are absolutely no use because clearly you can just say whatever you want, however you want 🤡
TheLaughingMelon
You have to use only Hefty Fire pots, or even better, Hefty Furnace pots.
You need to throw about 5 fire pots into their basket or only 3 furnace pots to kill them.
TheLaughingMelon
Oh, so that's how Radong became a sword for the Elden Beast

I love her too! 🥰 I felt awful when, even after beating her up for absolutely no reason(she never even attacks you), she is just crawling towards the Amber Egg her husband gifted her before he was forced to leave her.
The more you learn about her lore, the sadder it is. The reason her sweetings can't walk and crawl about on the floor is because they aren't rebirthed properly(someone said Albinaurics and Dragonkin had problems developing legs) and you being a typical Tarnished steal the only thing that can perfect them(her Great Rune inside her amber egg).
There's a reason she's the only boss you can't kill and she's the only non-demigod who has a Great Rune, and hers is the only one that doesn't need to be activated because it never lost its blessing: she never did anything to betray the Greater Will, nor did she ever betray Radagon or Marika. She's definitely the most innocent boss in the game.
I already fell in love with the first phase of her boss fight because of how wonderful it is; what with the little deformed scholar-children singing, enchanted books and globes, her floating in a golden bubble and shrouded majesty of the Grand Library of what is undoubtedly the most mysterious and imaginative area in the game. This was the first boss fight that made me understand the hype and put down my controller and just bask in its glory.
The immense lore surrounding it immortalises it even more for me.

Wait, is that Sorceress Sellen without her crown?! Call me Radagon 2.0 because I'm about to turn Ranni into her mother 😂
TheLaughingMelon
I'm going to include this in all my contracts from now on: "UNLIMITED MEAT-RIDING FOR BOTH SIDES" 😊

How is Anno? As an experienced Civilisation player would I like it or have difficulty with certain mechanics etc?
TheLaughingMelon
This actually makes me want to go back and replay that mission.
TheLaughingMelon
What about the flesh sword for women?
TheLaughingMelon
They're as smart as horror movie protagonists.
TheLaughingMelon
Both literally and metaphorically
TheLaughingMelon
Thank you! Can confirm this works.

All those guys were from the same class?! Who trained them?

Amazon has started deleting sideloaded books whenever you connect to the Internet. Look it up. It's not a bug. It's intentional and disgusting.
The only option (apart from staying on Aeroplane mode) is to send your books via email, which recognises them as your personal documents.
TheLaughingMelon
+1 for what this guy said. Recently Amazon has started automatically DELETING any books that are not officially purchased from their store. That includes all books sideloaded by Calibre.
This is not a bug. It happens every single time you connect to the Internet. It is most certainly intentional and will just kill off their popularity.
The only workaround is to send your book (in a non-Kindle format) to your Kindle email, which "Kindle-ises" it and registers it as a personal document, so it appears on all your devices (because it's cloud-synced) and you don't have to worry about it ever being deleted.
But there are many issues with that as well. Don't trust Amazon to do as amazing a job as Calibre, because they don't. You might end up with missing metadata and most annoyingly, no page numbers.
If you send to your Kindle email via Calibre (yes, you can set it up if you use Gmail by setting up an app password - you don't need to use your actual Gmail password), it transfers most of the metadata, although there are times Amazon still messes it up. However, Gmail only supports a max attachment size limit of 20 MB.
My Outlook 365 A1 for students licence I got from my university allows me to send attachments up to 70 MB per email (amongst many other benefits), however, I can't authorise Calibre to send via Outlook because I need administrator permission, so if I have to send a massive book (usually a graphic novel or compilation of many books in a series e.g. the Artemis Fowl + Fowl Twins collection) I just send it via my Outlook email (not Calibre) which means I don't get any of the benefits.

Do you have WickedWhims properly installed?
Can your SIM read other books correctly?
Maybe you placed them somewhere inaccessible? Place them on the floor.

Extremely well said. I am playing the 2018 soft reboot for the first time (because it's now available on PC) and I honestly can't see what all the fuss is about.
Yes it looks amazing, yes it has phenomenal voice acting and storytelling and portrays the relationship between Kratos and his son Atreus well, and shows how Kratos has matured, but the combat feels decent (not amazing) and the entire game is just puzzles (which are extremely annoying) with moments of combat in between. The introduction of all the skills and RPG elements just makes it worse.
I remember playing Horizon Zero Dawn in 2020 and thinking the same thing. The story is new and the game looks gorgeous (especially considering it was released in 2017) but the rest of it is just a plain open-world RPG.
These games are eye-candy around a mediocre base.
TheLaughingMelon
Nope, and it is unlikely that we will ever get it as Empress was the only person in the world who could crack the latest Denuvo protections, but she has been inactive since 2023.

No, to protect Adonis, you shouldn't expose him. How do you expose him?
1) When the silver tongue asks what message to spread, DO NOT select "Adonis will lead the humans to freedom". Selecting this will reveal to Persephone that Adonis is the leader of the rebellion.
2) The blacksmith is the one who has Adonis's letter to Aphrodite with all his plans. Stop and kill the blacksmith; if you let him go and pursue the merchant, Persephone and Aphrodite will know all about Adonis's plans.
If you don't expose him, you can safely romance him and nothing will happen as no one knows about his involvement in the revolution.

Chapter 11 (Oni forest) only gives you Exp, then 60% chance of normal keys and 62(?) fabric, ore and jewels per raid.
The upgrade items are those needed for armour, rings and necklaces.
TheLaughingMelon
I'm playing right now (25 Aug 2024) and as of version 2.11.680 raids on Chapter 10 (Castle of Grief) give you Exp, Gold and 80% chance of upgrade materials for only weapons and pets. Really good for upgrading weapons and pets.
Best pet by far is the dog as it increases your HP and heals you by up to 10%(?) HP for every enemy killed, which can basically make you immortal. Otherwise the crow as it increases your Critical Damage and increases Gold earned by up to 25%(?).

That's a really good breakdown. Just wanted to ask, I have a 144 Hz monitor and no Gsync or Freesync. For almost all games, I prefer Ultra graphics at 60 fps instead of low graphics at 144 fps, and Vsync off.
Some games have the option to force the screen to 60 Hz. Should I reduce it to 60 Hz, seeing as I am capping the FPS at 60 anyway? From what I have seen, others have said to always keep refresh rate as high as it can go, i.e. 144 Hz because tearing is almost invisible at higher refresh rates and to cap the FPS at an exact multiple of the monitor, so 72 FPS (half of 144 Hz) or 48 FPS (a third) etc.
Just recorded a video while playing AC Odyssey and while the video is a stable 60 fps, my eyes are detecting sudden jumps and jitters. Is this screen tearing? I never noticed it while playing games on my 60 Hz monitor. What is the best solution to eliminate it?

That function actually is really good, because it gives you the best possible settings for your Nvidia GPU, based off results from thousands of other users.
So you don't need to manually go through trial-and-error.
Apart from that, GeForce Experience has so many other uses, like taking screenshots and screenrecordings, displaying FPS and CPU, GPU, RAM usage and temperature etc. You can also use it to stream and record your voice if you produce content.
On laptops, there is a setting called Battery Boost which lightly throttles your performance but makes a significant difference in temperature, power draw and battery life.
These are only the features I personally use; there are plenty more. Saying it is useless is just plain wrong.
While I appreciate you sharing that, please also post actual instructions alongside it. Far too often links die, and newer visitors have absolutely no idea what it ever led to because nobody included hard-coded text.
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
* First, find the open-source "Google Photos Toolkit" project online. It is a userscript designed to organise your photos.
* You will need to install a userscript manager extension (such as TamperMonkey or ViolentMonkey) in your web browser.
* Install the toolkit script inside that manager extension.
* Go to the official Google Photos website. This has to be done in your web browser (if you are on mobile, do not use the app).
* If everything is set up correctly, you should see a new blue spanner icon. Click it to open the toolkit.
* Make sure your source is set to "Library", then select the filter as "Space/Storage-consuming media". Click the "New Album" button and rename the new album anything you want, then confirm it.
* You will see a command window with a log being created as it scans your photos. Depending on your library size and internet speed, it will take some time. The console will display a final line of green text when it is completed, so do not close it halfway.
* After it is finished, open your photos library and you will see the new album containing all the media that takes up your quota.
* Once you have downloaded and backed up that media elsewhere, you can clear those items from your cloud account to free up your storage space.
