Find a something you love to do that is intrinsically active af. Mine is boxing for example. I love it and usually am consistent in training almost every day every week(besides the last week I’ve been fat haha). But basketball, hiking, combat sports, long walks/a run, yoga, disc golf, bowling, putt-putt; anything to get the movement and steps in. Movement is medicine

I wanna slightly reword that. Canelo has seemed to very slowly yet surely get less dominant since that year. So I definitely somewhat agree. Ofc he’s still elite asf. But I thought the version of Canelo who fought Danny Jacob/GGG 2, and the one who fought Callum Smith were terminator versions. I remember thinking he looked unbeatable after the Callum fight. I wanna give him all the props I can because he consistently is fighting outright bigger men and always giving a good show(besides against Scull but I blame Scull way more). Hope he has a few really good vintage performances before he’s all done. But I can’t deny (and it seems obvious) to me that he ducked Benevidez about as hard as you can
