Stop touching it, even the towel dry. What is the back of your head touching throughout the day?
TheYellowRose
Your ends look like they need a trim but it looks fine otherwise
TheYellowRose
A lot of doctors are of the 'if it looks like a horse, it's a horse, not a zebra' mindset. I recently had elevated liver enzymes in a blood test and was sent for an ultrasound of my liver, doctor suspected fatty liver disease. Ultrasound was completely fine. I'm much younger than many of her patients and she didn't question me thoroughly about my diet, turns out it's my energy drinks + the vitamin I'm taking. I figured this out myself.

Grindylow maybe!
TheYellowRose
He could very well be farming you for tests but a lot of doctors need to rule out the easy stuff before they really dig into a case. But if you don't like your doctor, try to find one that you do like
TheYellowRose
Wow what a miserable asshole he was. I don't know if this would be internalized racism, other than the white wife there is no reason to believe he hates being black but he definitely seems to have treated you differently because you are black and African. I get the vibe that he was confident you would be punished harshly and he enjoyed that like the fucking weirdo he is. He definitely singled you out thinking you would be the easiest target.
TheYellowRose
Lol I'm glad it's working a little bit! I really wish reddit would keep track of how many people decided to change their mind instead of posting
TheYellowRose
Probably just a mistake
TheYellowRose
Why would you want to be matched with someone who excluded you on purpose? Hinge has race/ethnicity filters
TheYellowRose
My mother actually taught me this from a young age. She even told me that I would basically be treated like royalty in New Orleans because I'm light skinned. As an insecure young person you eat that shit up and only some people grow out of it unfortunately. There are plenty of mixed people that absolutely believe that they are superior to other black people or anyone darker than them. We live in a racist and colorist society that backs that belief up every day.
Edit to add I don't feel like I've ever been bullied for being mixed specifically
TheYellowRose
Of course!
TheYellowRose
LMAO well then I'm glad you like the lil blurb I wrote <3

Please don't bring that tiktok speak in here, I beg you

Are there any good thrift stores near you?
TheYellowRose
It's in the wiki which is linked in every post :)
TheYellowRose
Please read the beginner's guide, it'll help a lot
TheYellowRose
Your hair looks fine, what exactly are you trying to change?
TheYellowRose
That's easy. Exfoliate. Sunscreen. Go lay outside.
TheYellowRose
Tanning and self-tanning are very different, which one do you want to do?
TheYellowRose
I wish people would stop using psychosis so lightly. It is not a joke at all. When my brother was in psychosis he would literally think we were demons and he tried to kill my mom and sister.
People who say things they don't like are demonic are just bigots.
TheYellowRose
How do you know what I'm capable of?
You don't need a full curly cut to trim your ends, I do mine myself all the time
