I'm just a fake fan, that's why I'm confusing Tie Maulers and Tie Crawlers sometimes
Theesm
this right here. The game had as much content as free to play shooters. Basically a glorified demo for battlefront 2 peoppe paid full price for
Theesm
I mean it's also the whole Barrow Wights stuff, Tom Bombadil and even the whole Witch King of Angmar/ Fall of Arnor stuff would fit right in there.
Plenty of stuff to put in these 2 hours

I mean yeah. They are portrayed very nuanced. They didn't lose their worldview or their ways. But they are reasonable. You can talk to them.
They don't scream all day long and act in blind rage and shoot everything down just because they can like the first order does.
The german empire is a good comparison don't you think?!
I'm not trying to paint either the empire or the... well other empire as goodie good guys. But they are nuanced and reasonable.
Theesm
I mean, I'm not here - and probably not allowed - for a political debate and you might say the roots of what happened later were already there, but comparing the 1870s of Germany to 1933-1945 is a bit of a stretch honestly.

If we ignore everything leading up to NJO, it still works so much better than the Sequels ever did.
- state of characters and the universe feels organic to the ending of RotJ, doesn't need much explanation.
- actually interesting and new power dynamic in the galaxy with interesting things like NR and empire working together
- Empire is not a blatant N*zi parody but feels more like the german empire of 1870. militaristic, conservative but not comically evil. Has lots of nuance
- Solution to the conflict is not through sheer power but by a revolution from the bottom of the enemy. Basically what everyone wanted Finn's storyline to end up with
- The OT characters are not total losers
I can probabl add more

I feel like most things people hate about them vanishes the second you actually read the books. So no, I don't think READERS actually hate them.
They are twisted and evil space Dark Elves which is very fitting as Star Wars is a hightech fantasy universe after all. So of course they have similarities with romulans or Dark Eldar or Orcs. That's the hat they are and its perfectly fitting for this univserse.
And the whole "not part of the force" thing is also not just explained in the books but also revealed as not being true. You just have to read more than just the initial book in this 19 part series to learn that though...
I honestly have a feeling as if the people hating on the Vong back in the 90s/00s were the same people who hated on the prequels too and who thought TFA was the perfect sequel to the OT

Only thing I could see is that the raven loses a lot of detail over time as the black spreads a bit as there is a lot of dark shading and detailing in there.
but even if it becomes a black blot, you still have a ravel shadow which is fine too
Do you as a professional think that might happen? Because I'm hearing a lot about these detailed pieces being problematic on the long tern
Theesm
Where does the explanation of it come from that is like "cut off his feet so he can come back in anyone's boots"/ wear anyone's face and so on? Is there a kirkbride text accompanying this image?
Theesm
hehe I think the scouring totally could be made into a standalone movie. haha
I don't think shadow of the past would be a 2h Bombadil movie. They said they focus on the wights quite a bit. We'd probably get Arnor and its destruction by the Witch King in this too!
I'm glad they seem to stick mostly to tolkien stories instead of writing pure fanfiction alltogether
Theesm
After Fellowship everyone asked "why did they leave out Tom Bombadil" - now they all want to reunite and do the Barrow Wights/ Tom Bombadil stuff and all I hear is people complaining.
This is something people said for decades they desperately want. And now that it might happen it's wrong again.
Theesm
Even on the other subreddits not a single soul mourning this loss. Apparently NOBODY wanted this
Theesm
After Skeleton Crew I was praying for the same team tackling a Jedi Academy show about maybe a young Ben Solo and friends having adventures. Would be perfect in terms of tone ans visuals.
Theesm
This is so crazy. I remember him saying he'd love to help them out but they just ignore him.
But taking his invention of Thrawn and trying to squeeze the money out of it and bastardizing his story into a Filoni-OC-fest is apparently fine
Theesm
Where does Ahsoka fit into the Hasbro Retro Collection? But she's still in there. If the Sequels sold well nobody would say "darn, the Sequels never got a VHS release this doesn't fit!"
Theesm
That's really just semantics. They call it Saga collection and write "Rewind the saga" but completely left out the Sequels. This in combination with calling I-VI the "core Saga" paints a pretty clear picture
Theesm
Star Wars Kinect on xbox had podracing too! There is also a whole Metaquest mixed reality Podracing game, but it doesn't have Podracing in VR which is... kinda pointless
Theesm
Sebulba is also a main character in the podracer game for Meta Quest.
Theesm
crazy isn't it?!
Theesm
I mean that's true but I didn't know how to say that in a short way for this post.
Theesm
I'm playing on a macbook.
Theesm
If you just want to test the game and already have prime anyway, you can do it. Play the campaign, play the arcade challenges...
Theesm
just google "amazon luna", log in with your amazon login and click play!
Did you ever manage to fix this? 2 years later and I got the same problem
