This one should not have been pulled back, the incident could have been argued not to be in the attacking phase (the ball was played slowly across the defense and the opposition had time to reform their defence).

The Egypt goal was in the attacking phase - time and distance doesn't matter. Egypt countered quickly immediately from the 'foul' and Argentina never had time to settle back into their defensive structure.
