To be honest I'm in the same boat as OP. heard everywhere that this game is one of the greatest games in recent years. I'm playing it and hearing a bunch of boring accents from Liverpool and Scotland (accents I can't stand to be honest), and the animation feels so stiff. Almost like I'm playing a PS3 game?

Going from FF7 remake and rebirth and E33, to go to these stiff animations and conversations is really jarring. I feel like no one is really having a 'conversation' and instead are just saying sentences to each other?

Compare a cut scene in FF7 Remake (not even Rebirth) to this and there's a night and day difference to how they talk to each other

Once I got to the port city down south where the weather is nice and hot, I was mentally checked out. Downloaded some cheats so I'm basically levelling up 100x faster and blasted through the game/quests and all dungeons. I'm at the very last part of the game.
