I checked https://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts and saw Support flag is 1, so ran one last apt upgrade and did sudo do-release-upgrade, no extra a flags. I kinda stopped using PPAs after 22.04, since core release good enough. Only deb repos for third party tools.

I was using X11, it switched to Wayland after upgrade. I was using NVidia driver 580.178.04. No issues.

Most of the issue people report are about AAA games that just came out. They are usually resolved by driver updates. Other issues come from low end PSU or motherboarda w/o rebar enabled.

Instructions like that are dangerous. They can be ignored. Instead, use something like Bubblewrap.

I bet the guy was doing a lot of old code migration/audit. Probably dumped an entire decade of issue backlog and failing tests. Spinning dozens of agents on demand. Despite massive improvement, even frontier models struggle with unfamiliar frameworks and ancient proprietary apis that has next to no documentation.

None of these "benchmarks" posted in this sub are real. People doing these have very little clue how to run actual benchmarks. These are anecdotal experiences at best.

I just finsihed building a workflow generator. It takes a schema and user instructions then generates workflow in json format. It has access to tools to validate and patch the json output. I was surprised how well it works on local qwen model under Intel Arc B580 + 32GB RAM.
