yall do realize that rolling stone puts out these lists to get people talking about the magazine and sharing links to the article because of how insane and nonsensical the picks are right? the editors knew putting orod at #4 would get a ton of attention and get people talking, therefore doing free promo for the article and the magazine

kevin malone (the office)
goes from just a kinda dull and maybe a bit slow guy but still a competent guy who’s chill with most people in the office, a talented drummer and singer, and good at basketball to just an absolute dumbass by like halfway through the show
although fans have argued that this was intentional and that kevin was being dumb on purpose to embezzle money from the company and ultimately gain an ownership stake in the bar, which is supported by the episode where he, andy, and darryl play dallas but idk i think it seems like it’s giving the writing near the end of the show too much credit
