That is not true. If you go to the FDA site or other threads about this it due to problems with sterility and procedures used during compounding that didn’t follow sterility procedures.

THCA is completely illegal in Texas right now. In fact jail time is longer for THCA weed than it is for just regular weed. It’s fucked up.
