Personally, I haven’t read enough of it to weigh in one way or another.

There’s a bit of a flavor mismatch here between the name (Secrecy, reflected in the oath spell list) and everything else (the subclass features, which emphasize spellcasting and anti-antimagic). From the setting blurb you’ve provided, this subclass is intended to be both, but I fear that this paladin wouldn’t be great at either niche because it’s trying to do too much at once.
