1) It's easy to install multiple instance of the seedbox on a single server. You only have to change ports from the docker run command, and each instance will be exactly the same. Handing to setup a bunch of seedboxes for friends ...

2) It has no memory and CPU overhead over running all the instance directly on the host.

3) It avoids configuring each service for new location, configuration file and TCP ports. Just use docker run and -p flag to configure port mapping from docker container to host (same as NAT).

4) When you have to switch from one server provider to another, it's really easy to move containers and there related data. You only have to copy containers and volumes to the new provider, and run again the docker run command.

5) For anybody who don't know how to install the whole bunch, it's a single command line: docker run .... (+ apt-get install docker if not installed).

Yes, you can create a docker container even if those services are running on the host. You can even create multiple docker container on the same host. Only thing to do is to create network ports mapping to avoid using the same TCP port multiple time. It's configured with -p flag when running the container for the first time.

A docker container is isolated (like a super chroot), but security experts considers it not as secure as VM isolation. Advantage over a VM is that is has about no memory and CPU overhead from running processes directly on host.

Why not ! Contributions are welcome :)

@mrcaptncrunch has given a really good answer.

Docker a is new way to package an application. A docker image (like StealthBox) is easy to deploy in any linux server, even if the application depends on many dependencies.

It can launch multiple process using a single docker run command.

It's really really new, so please give it a try if interested :)

I use yeoman generator-gulp-angular. Perfect tree structure, and many features out of the box. It follows the best pratice from Google

Everything from a component is grouped in the same folder.

For example, you could have a /src/components/navbar directory with navbar.scss (style), navbar.html (template), navbar.controller.js (controller) and navbar.specs.js (unit test).

Forget about yeoman default angular generator and use the gulp one, it's really awesome and actively maintained : https://github.com/Swiip/generator-gulp-angular

I've created this project because i did not found any good datepicker without JQuery dependency.

HTML5 datepicker is not an option for today. It still doesn't work in latest Firefox version.

The native angularJS port mentionned in comments has many issues (https://github.com/alongubkin/angular-datepicker/issues) and maintainer doesn't seem to reply.

I agree it's better to have JQuery free dependencies, but pickadate.js is a big project and will be maintained for a long time.

One of the main contributors here.

Angular-Gantt is an open source gantt chart component, based on AngularJS. With it, you can implement all sorts of resource management, planning or scheduling apps.

What started as a pet project over a year ago has evolved into a powerful component. Most features are implemented on top of a plugin system, making it easy to customize or extend functionality.

We still have a lot of ideas and improvements to implement, and therefore are actively looking for contributors. If you want to help with code, testing or ideas and suggestions, then please visit our Github page or post a comment :)

maajdrall is a troll ...

2.0 will be out in many years, and 1.3 will still be usable even after 2.0 release.
