Yeah i guess, i only know of this group and the shitty FB groups which i dont like. I have had mostly good interactions here apart from when i posted an A.I editit picture of my axo then everyone went mad 🤣 i try my best to be kind and offer sound, researched advice. Which website are you speaking about?

I beg to differ there are some people here that know what they are talking about and will provide help/advice. I find it better than the facebook groups. Where would you go to for advice? The pet shops are hopeless too

Im sure most are absolutly fine, as many ppl have them with no issues but i avoid it now as well as anything painted beacause like my pet im a freak and overly cautious

I used to have one mate out if similar material, also smelled very bad, it wasnt a cleaning issue im not sure what it was but was binned pretty quick! I just make my own out of slate these days

I dont have soil either and use epiphites, glue them to wood or rocks. I have anubis, a few different java ferns annnndd a few i dont know the name off lol

Hey bud, me and Freak are sending hugs and good vibes. To be honest im just and just coming out of a 6 year hell hole where i tried to kill myself a few times, its tough but i found the support of my friends and loved ones once it was clear how bad things was. First step is asking for help my friend. Please feel free to DM me if you want a safe space to talk, about anything i dont judge. Just putting the option there in case. Hmmm ok my ph is around 8. Freak is the priority so im not going to make too many changes to suit the moss

Ahhh yes good idea i didnt think of that, worth a try as there is still plenty of healthy moss still. My plants have been going well for 4 or 5 months and still look healthy with my lighting shedule. I dont know about the actual light its from a smaller shrimp tank setup but decent white light is all i know. The moss is a very recent addition, being my first attempt and a noob as i said i think i packed it too densly AND squished it too much tbh. Oh, and i may be wrong but i beleive most fertilisers are harmfull to axos. The only thing i have ever put in my tank is axosafe (dechlorinaror) and only use epiphites due to the sand only.

Haha yes there is water, and yes im aware yellow means dying at least hence why im here asking questions. I did notice the slightly shaded part was looking healthier, i only use the light for about 3 hours per day for Freaks sake but i think yes may be too much, id rather keep it as it is as everything else is fine and remove the moss 🤔
